Today, without doing anything at all, one of my ugly nails broke. I hate this place. I paid 55 bucks plus a 30 dollar tip. Walked out with a 1/3 of my natural nails. I am sick over this. Should have took my chance and bought press on nails.

For having so much foot traffic I would think that they would have more employees. They were a little pushy about getting gel instead of regular nails polish which I think was unnecessary. The lady who was going to do our nails had the guy reshaped our nails and do a certain style because she didn't know how to. I just think that they should let people know when calling for appointments or walks in that they are going to be a few hours. They do take their time doing your nails. And they definitely should have it posted that they up charge for certain things. I think if it wasn't for them being pushy about gel, we're not letting anybody know about the up charges for certain things and the three hour wait time that we had. I'd probably go back.

Place wasn't too busy, everyone was attended to within 10 minutes of arriving. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure for $60 and it was a far better experience / job than I've had anywhere else here. This place came highly recommended to me by local women and I see why. They also just got brand new equipment / chairs for their pedicures. Will never go anywhere else while I'm here. Also this place is not by appointment only, I walked in and was seen as soon as i arrived. Might be a good idea to make an appointment during their busier times so you aren't kept waiting but they do accept walk-ins.

On top of that the nail tech was unsanitary once I took a break from her station. She utilized her fingers to continuously pick her nose, she didn't realize I saw and went to perform services on me. I rejected and refused for her to touch me and told her she needed to wash her hands. Also, prior to nose picking by the nail tech, she refused to clean my cuticles better and got an attitude and roughly handled my hand.

I waited for another 10 minutes after I cut my own nails a different nail tech came and helped me but wasn't gentle or giving me her undivided attention.
