BEST EVER! I literally made this account just to rave about Happy Nails. I went in on Sunday and my nails are just as nice as they were when I left! Jenny and Lynn did an amazing job, they were extremely attentive, as was everyone working that day. I've never been to a nail salon where they were so considerate and genuine in getting to know me and my family - and letting us get to know them. They used our names from start to finish and made sure we had everything we needed. I will DEFINITELY be back. This place was fabulous. The pedicure took nearly an hour and my feet are as soft as a baby's. Not only did they scrub my legs, they then massaged with cooling gel and placed hot towels on them. Very relaxing. She scrubbed all the dead skin off my feet with this gentle scrubber that worked like magic. At the same time, I had my nails done too. The staff was very attentive to all arriving clients. I would highly recommend this place. Oh and on Tuesday night you can go next door for a great $2 burger!! read more

Happy Nails is by far the best in town! The staff is extremely friendly, and talented. I've been going there for the past 2 years, every two weeks for a pedicure and manicure. I have never had any issues with the services I receive. I recently got married and had a set of pink and whites put on. They were gorgeous! Happy Nails is the perfect name for this salon! I've had acrylic nails forever and decided to try gel nails. They did a great job! I loved my gel nails! The last time I went there Jenny suggested to try the powder dipped nails! Sooo cool! She dipped each nail in a colored acrylic powder that I chose ( many colors to choose from) then she applied a clear coat to cure the acrylic! Did this process twice buffed them and dried them for two minutes! Done! Even better than the gel process! No light! I also had the best most relaxing pedicure ever! Very good customer service. Very friendly staff. I really like my nails and was happy with everything. The only thing keeping me from going back is I paid $85 for gel on my fingernails and toenails. Which is twice what I've paid at other places that do just as good of a job and are just as friendly also not as busy. read more

I stopped here with one of my co-workers for lunch and we had a great time! These ladies do an awesome job and the massage chairs are amazing!! I got the dipping nails and a spa pedicure and what a pampering it was!! Lynn and Tran were the ladies that helped me and they were so sweet and kind, because let me tell you, my feet were barking, lol!! But we had fun and they were playing Annie on the TV, so it took me back to my childhood. What a wonderful way to spend a lunch hour. I will be back in two weeks!! read more

Very friendly place. Jenny did a really good job with my gel refill. Lynn did a pretty good job with my pedicure, unfortunately while dealing with my cuticles I did end up bleeding bit on the edge but she eventually tended to it. The place is quite pricy, Ive come to realize the whole south being cheaper than NY thing is more or less a lie, but it is what it is.The name fits the atmosphere there. Will return again. read more

I was staying at a local hotel for a weekend (actually back in February) and the concierge recommended Happy Nails. I had a mani and pedi done to perfection all within an hour. I lost their business card but I believe the women who worked with me were Tran and Lynn- both very pleasant and professional. When visiting the area again I will certainly return. I was on my way to the St Pete/Clearwater Airport and since I had some time to kill, decided to come here on a whim. It was around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and the place was fairly empty with most of the employees on their phones and watching tv. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure and was sat at a pedicure chair right away. Unfortunately for me, the lady did my entire manicure at the pedicure chair so I never got to get up to wash my hands or relax and read a magazine while getting my pedicure. She also cut my ring finger cuticle and made it bleed. She painted over my bloody cuticle and since I didn't get to wash my hands, painted over the dust left from filing my nails. The pedicure water became cold from waiting for someone to work on my toes, but she was nice enough to refill with hot water once she started. I never felt relaxed and for $56 for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure, it wasn't a great experience. read more

Absolutely the worst "pedicure" I've ever had, I can't even call it a pedicure. Went on Sunday, the place was empty. It was obvious she did not want to give me a pedicure. She did nothing to my feet! No foot massage whatsoever. I wish I had not tipped her at all but I can't do that. Horrible. Will never go there again. read more

I've been going here for years and won't go anywhere else. By far the best in the area! I live north county but still come here every other week. Lynn is the sweetest and best at pedicures and Jenny outdoes herself each time with my acrylic manicures. I did not have a good experience at this salon. I made an appointment for a shellac manicure and pedicure with Tran for 1:00pm, but no one kept track so she was busy when I arrived. I sat in the pedicure chair with my feet water for 15 minutes while the other girl doing my pedicure went to the back to eat lunch.. And she did not do a good job on my toes. I felt that she rushed and did a sloppy job. Another girl did my manicure, and my nails turned out ok, but not the best. I will not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I started coming here about 4 months ago to get gel manicures done as I was new to the area and this salon had decent reviews. I NEVER had any issues getting gel manicures for two years at my old salon, the nail techs at this salon clearly do not care about the quality of work they put out. Shortly after getting my nails done they began to split down the sides, every time I came in and suggested that the nail tech use regular polish in an attempt to give my nails time to heal she told me it bad a bad idea. I've now switched studios after letting my nails heal a few months and have not experienced the same issue once. Very scary that they do not care about keeping their customers nails healthy. read more

They did a terrible job, my manicure looks horrible they are squared ends and the nailposh started coming off the next day, looks very dull. On pedicures they did a really bad job as well. I just discover this hidden germs, I cant believe that I haven't been to this place. I went to get acrylic nails, and they did awesome jobs. The pedicure also perfect, they give me a good massage and also a FREE flipflop, can you believe that? The price are also reasonable,it's worth it. They have been in business for more than 10 years, and it is amazingly clean. The girls are very professional, and they don't speak their language so often there, some other place they give me headache when they talk so loud.
