All of my nails have damage to them. Its been about 3 weeks now since I got them done and I only had them on for a week because my nails kept hurting. When I removed them, my natural nail looks horrible. She was very quick with the process too. No taking her time for quality of the nails. The acrylic nails started looking bad the 3rd day I had them. They were also way too thick, which probably is the reason why my real nails hurt when they were on. I guess it's hit or miss with the customers and who is going to have a great experience. Everyone should have a great experience that walks through that door. I even tipped $20, which was unnecessary. They lost a good paying customer. I will not be returning.

The tech was so rough. Cut me on my feet and hands. I pulled away multiple times and even said "ow." Filed my nails so close on the sides and hard that he burnt me. Put the gel top coat over my skin on my fingers , didn't wipe it off, so when i out my hand under the UV light, it burned like hell. Asked for french tip. The first time he did it, the white was so thick it made me look like I had alien fingers. RUN.

I even complimented him on his crappy work. But when a Caucasian lady came in, it was all smiles and a total different experience even the lady was looking at me like wow why is he treating you like that? I have been to Kimi's several times, and not just for a haircut. When I first moved to Indiana, I…read morespent a lot of time looking for a new salon. I went to the cheapest, to the most expensive. No matter where I went, there was always some reason not to go back. When I stepped into Kimi's for my first haircut at their facility, I was immediately impressed. The atmosphere is calm and fun. The stylists talk and laugh with each other and clients. As I waited for my appointment, I realized I had been watching the people leaving and all the haircuts were amazing! I was starting to feel like I was in the right place, but the haircut would be the true answer. I don't have the easiest hair to cut. It is very thick and there is a lot of it, so to cut it right takes skill. And skill is what Kimi's Stylists have plenty of. On my second haircut, I am now a loyal client and will not go anywhere or let anyone else touch my hair. Lori is amazing. If you want a quality hair cut for a reasonable price, Kimi's is the only answer. And that is not all, go see Tina at Kimi's for the most relaxing, peaceful and comfortable massage you have ever received. They also do manicures and pedicures. Really, what's not to love?!? As for price, no service at Kimi's will break the bank. They are very well priced. Don't just take my word for it, go see for yourself!
