All my text communications for appt making are returned via a phone call or I have to make it in person which seems outdated for 2024. I won't fault the rating for it, but EVERY other service appt I can make online or via text. From car servicing, dentist, chiro, massages, facials, lashes. A phone call during work hours to confirm appts, cancel or rebook appointments is really frustrating. I really wish there was an investment into an online appt or text appt process.
