My family and I had just purchased our dream home on the beach and hired the company to complete electrical work as part of our renovations prior to moving in. I strongly recommend getting all promises and agreements from William in writing before committing to any work. Throughout the project, communication was poor, there was a lack of accountability, and verbal commitments made to myself, my wife, and our general contractor were not upheld. When issues were raised, William deflected responsibility rather than working toward a resolution. After receiving over $11,000 for a job that was only about 75% complete (on a total contract just over $13,000), he abruptly ended communication, hung up the phone, and told me to "lose his number." Additionally, some of the work completed is now having to be redone due to quality concerns. This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a negative review, but I believe it's important to share my experience. I truly hope no one else has to go through what we did.

It was a 25 year old break caused by cable drillers when the subdivision was being built. Work had to stop. Cameron drove away after giving me his personal number. It was determined to be a Spectrum cable and they himmed and hawed but took ownership, came out with a crew, dug it up and moved the cable, kudos to them. I called Cameron to see if he could come out on Saturday to affect the repair as Spectrum had originally said it wouldn't be moved till the following week and he was more than willing.
