Don't take responsibility for their mistakes, overpriced, don't actually care about veterans, and horrible customer service. No mold or growth was mentioned to us at that time. When the system later stopped working, we opened the unit ourselves and discovered significant growth inside. We then scheduled another appointment specifically to get a quote for complete HVAC replacement. We were never told in advance that there would be an $85 service-call fee. The system was not turned on or serviced during that replacement-quote visit, which even their own invoice states, and the $85 charge was only disclosed after the visit was over. We formally disputed the charge, called the company multiple times, and never received a return call. After we disputed the charge with our credit-card company, we were told the $85 balance would be sent to collections. They have still not communicated with us despite our repeated calls and messages. We have filed complaints with the appropriate agencies. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend getting all fees and the purpose of any appointment confirmed in writing before scheduling with this company.
