When the salesmen came out, I was very clear I wanted French doors. He advised me to get a sliding patio door and upgrade to French doors later which was just insane to me. He told me to consider it and wrote my estimate for sliding doors and said it would be another $1000 for French doors instead. When they came out to take measurements, I reinforced that I wanted French doors not sliding doors. Then when they were being ordered (5 months after I initially met with the salesman) I was told French doors were going to be a $2k+ upgrade and that they had no idea where the salesman got the $1k from. Paul was absolutely wonderful and worked really hard with me to reach a solution and have nothing but kind things to say about him. Now we're in January (this whole process started in June) and when I spoke to Brittany on the phone last week Tuesday to set up install date I asked her what my remaining balance was, she told me $4600 (rounded). But then this morning when I go to pay the remaining balance I'm told they forgot to add in an additional $1600. I've managed 2 offices in my career, a car lot and a flooring company. Never in my life would I ever tell someone one total and then send someone to collect payment and give them a higher total, extremely unethical. I have budgeted and saved and picked up overtime hours for the total I was given and now it's once again "I don't know where they got that number from." Whoever is running their office needs to be replaced.

It was a technically difficult adjustment, but he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem. All of the set screws on the three hinges needed adjustment which is like choreographing a musical interlude. This along with tightening the hinges themselves along with the deadbolt and the door knob made the day. Bottom line, my Kathryn is overjoyed. What a birthday present for her! Ingram Brothers is a great organization and Chris is a dedicated employee. I highly recommend any job that they may take on.

Second, whole body paint 3 colors with fantastic attention to detail. A job that should have taken two days was completed in just under two months. From the General Manager to the sales reps to the workers, this company lacks direction, knowledge of the product, and work ethic. When I asked the GM what exactly is the electrician going to do, she stated, I'm not sure because I really don't understand what they are talking about in these meetings. She turned in the wrong plans to the city for permits which began the multiple delays in completing a simple 10'x12' porch. They complained about the inspectors doing their job and when I spoke to the inspectors, they commented about this company having very low-grade workmanship and multiple complaints from customers - I agree. They cut my existing concrete patio and left it for two weeks with 18" deep and 12" wide "mote", which I had to buy materials to cover so access to and from my house was safe for me, kids, and animals. I had to ask for them to install flashing between my house and the new structure - oh yeah, we can do that was the contractors reply. Then he drilled for electric, from outside of the house right through my kitchen wall then again through the kitchen ceiling, oh sorry I was trying to avoid lifting the vinyl eve and drilling (corner cutters!) After that I told the GM he is not allowed to work on this project, send someone who wants to work and not cut corners. The door is not square, which will be an issue down the road. There are gaps between the J-channel and siding leaving areas where water will definitely come through, something I will have to fix. Even the electric guy commented on how he doesn't like to come to jobs for this company because he always has to fix the rough-in before he can do his job. Admittingly, the sales manager stated, I understand this project went south and never got better. In the end the GM sent me an email to sign the warranty - my reply was I'm not concerned about the warranty because I'm sure your company would take forever to show up, if they show up. I never heard any remorse in our conversations or suggestion of compensation for the delays, my loss of work due to their poor scheduling or additional materials I purchased to make the area. Closing words DO NOT HIGHER THIS COMPANY FOR A WEATHER MASTER OR EZ-BREEZE PATIO - there are plenty of companies that install these structures.
