When we arrived, we were told the appointments had been cancelled because I "didn't confirm," even though I never received any message asking for confirmation. The only text I received said to call if I needed to reschedule. Because of this mistake, I took time off work, my children missed school, and we drove to the office for nothing. To make matters worse, the office gave the school notes saying the appointments were cancelled due to "non-confirmation," which is not true and falsely blames me for their error. We were then told the next available appointments weren't until February, leaving us months behind because of something that was not our fault. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Patients deserve accurate communication and responsibility when the office makes a mistake.

Not the fault of the dentist at all, it was just a natural reaction, so we looked for a pediatric dentist & so happy to find Dr. Bryan. This place is welcoming and the Dr really tries to get to know your family and talks to your child before even going to the dental chair. Does a great job of trying to build rapport with a child. Also provides great info to support your child's dental health. Then it was time for the cleaning. Needless to say ours cried and dad had to hold him, but Dr. Bryan was swift and it was done efficiently and quickly. He cleaned our child's teeth (despite the yelling and tears) and took care of any teeth issues! Our little one (once it the car) said Dr. Bryan was nice and it didn't hurt. I decided to try a pediatric dentist and found Dr. Wah online. Before every visit, he sits and talks to the children, asks about life, engages them in a fun conversation to ease their minds. He also acts like your child is the only one in the world when it is your turn to be seen. My daughter had everything under the sun wrong with her teeth. She fell on a pumpkin at a pumpkin patch at 4 years old and her two front teeth became impacted in her gums. We had to surgically remove her two front teeth. It was a painful procedure and he was so sensitive with cosmetic concerns from me and pain concerns from her! Dr. Cregger is also very conservative on all procedures and I have always felt he is in this speciality for his love of pediatrics and dentistry, not for making exorbitant profit at the expense of the children and parents. His staff is also spectacular. There is very little turnover in assistants and they always remember specific details about my kids. They are also open on Fridays which is a huge plus for me.
