I had been pt in past so year ago when I moved back I started going,had been pleased but went in June for cleaning,had different person,a kid could done better job just halfed clean,I regret letting them make partial,it was hurting so took it in she said it needs adjustment,brought it back and it hurt she said have you been wearing it no not when it hurts. I'm cancer pt had been having problems why hadn't been back,she brought my partial inbag said the Dentist that was here when you had it done isn't in so no dentist will be seeing you.never heard of such I've always been checked by dentist,when I called to complain the bitch that was over informed me they won't see me anymore. I wouldn't recommend them for sure it's sorry supposed to be business never got an apology. They better hope my dental insurance pays for they won't get dam penny from me. They are sorry POS and I wouldn't go back to them if there wasn't another place I see why they were never busy. read more

The Manager case worker at this office is very unprofessional. I do not recommend. I have never in my life had such problems with any other dentist office like this one. Our family have been patients of this office for 28 years. Their office used to be on South Lowrey in Smyrna and that is where we started. Granted, people do not like going to the dentist. In my life, I have only gone to four dentists. So, this is a rave. They have not done anything above the bar, but have been consistent over the years and in treating our family of four. When you are in the chair, you get a gentle massage from the chair while looking over a view of the creek below. A TV is on a boom arm and you can watch shows while you are being worked on. They are willing to change the channel to your preference. They try to make the experience as good as possible. i believe they have sedation dentistry, but I have never inquired about it. They do have a wonderful service that is unique and ties into my manufacturing background. If you need a cap, they can make it in their office. An assistant scans your mouth with a "magic wand" that creates a computer image. After doctor preps the tooth for a cap, your mouth is scanned again. The two models are joined together to create your cap, which is then fine tuned in a design stage. The file is then shipped to an in-office Computer Numerically Controlled machine that makes your cap. Bottom line - in almost three decades, no issues. We keep coming back. read more

The staff is wonderful, but I am still suffering from dental work from dr McNeilly a year after he has replaced my old fillings with new ones and ever since havd had 2 failed root canals and one extraction, one root canal was done by him, which I recommend at a Endontics not regular doctor, it seems that all the teeth he has redone filling are having issues. Im very disappointed that I trusted my oral health with him and been let down he's as kind as can be but I think he needs to be more realistic on what he offers to patients, do what's necessary not just drilling to make money read more

Creekview placed a crown on my tooth in October/Nov. 2012. They made this crown in the office with a special machine. The crown fell off within a week, but they put it back on. All well and good. In mid-July 2014 part of the crown broke off. They couldn't work me in immediately, so I went to another dentist, who said they (new dentist) guarantee crowns for five years and I should try again to see Creekview since surely the crown was still under warranty.When I called, Creekview said no, they only guarantee crowns for a year. They would have to look at the tooth to work up a quote. I went with the new dentist, and I have a temp crown while the new one is being built in a lab. I'm very disappointed Creekview Dental does not guarantee their work. They do not stand behind their product. I was out of a lot of money, and I could not make myself pay who knows how much more for another crown that would not be guaranteed. These types of crowns made in-office do not seem to be very sturdy. My new crown is going to include metal; the old one was just some type of ceramic. The new dentist also said the old crown was not placed securely on the tooth. read more

Dr left before the final fitting/install of a crown, leaving the assistant to finish. According to the next dentist I went to, the crown has very "poor margins" and is quite loose allowing bacteria to enter. Creekview was unwilling to fix it or refund the money, supposedly due to the time that had passed - at least that's what one correspondence from them said. Then they said they definitely wanted "to make it right", I said refund what was paid for that one crown, which is what it would take to replace it, then I never heard from them again. I admit, I had to wait too long during the time that I didn't have insurance and had moved two states away so I couldn't go back to Creekview... that doesn't change or excuse the fact that the work was shoddy at best in the first place. Dr. D and his staff are amazing. I had to have extensive dental work, from multiple root canals, a bridge, and veneers put in the save my smile. I came to Creekview after reading a few reviews and thought I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did. Every single staff member there is friendly and such a pleasure to talk to. Dr. D is the best. His priority was fixing all my issues and making sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed through an appointment. I had to get a whole set of veneers on my top row of teeth. Dr. D did such an amazing job. They look natural, and beautiful. None of that square, oversized, cartoonish teeth. I highly recommend going here. My whole family will after the treatment I got there!! Give it a try, you wont regret it! read more

They go out of their way to get it right. If you are like me and don't know if your "bite" is correct they help you. They make sure that you are comfortable and understand the procedures. Love Alice, the money girl. I call her "my new best friend". Dr. McNeely does all he can to correct difficult problems ("me?). But the shining star was when they took care of Mama. She had false teeth at 17. She broke the steering wheel of a car with her "false" teeth at 33, damaging her gums, and now at 84 not enough gum to work with. They took so many impressions to get it right and she is SO pleased. Love them, got my brother to go, my nephew, Mother and next is my sister. Give them a chance, you won't be sorry. read more

I needed a tooth pulled , I called the office and was seen in 45 minutes ! Very happy !

We were reviewed to Creekview Dental because my 9 year old had a cavity that our dentist couldn't do. I must say that Dr. Dudzinski was phenomenal. He gave my daughter 2 shots of novacaine without her evening feeling it. When he was done, she was looking around for the shot only to find out it was already done. His assistant Megan was amazing as well. They were both very professional and had great bedside manners as well. We will definitely be back to him again (if we need to of course)! read more
