The guy who does massages is very rough. I left in more pain than when I went in. I was looking forward to the massage since I am a few weeks postpartum but I will never go there again. I am not one to complain which is why I didn't say anything .. but this man was physically punching my thighs, legs, and back at one point. Massage was ok but when it was time to check out I was told I was "required" to tip 20%. (I was tipping 10%.) I told the lady working the front desk I didn't see anything that said it was a requirement and she pointed to her sign that said "tips are welcomed and appreciated". This is not a "requirement". I will not go back again and DO NOT recommend to anyone because of this. I do not care for businesses that make you feel guilty because of tipping. Raise your prices so that you don't expect your customers to tip. read more

You absolutely need to go here. See Tom if you want a really strong massage he worked out those hard knots that COVID has created in my neck and upper back. It was glorious. They have more options than some of their contenders. I preferred it to Beijing Foot Spa and Happy Feet in Danvers. Also it's next to the worlds greatest vegan Asian food so grab some take out also. The receptionist remembered my name when I called a few days after to send my husband in. My first visit was with my teen daughter and we got a full hour each. They have actual massage tables and private rooms for regular massages and then the popular lay flat chairs for typical foot work and acupressure. It actually felt like a wonderful little spa day. Healing, Affordable & Relaxing. From the moment I got my first foot reflexology treatment here, I was hooked. I come here as often as I am able. During the past couple of months while receiving treatments here, my body has become more flexible. My bodily confidence and balance has improved. Just this week, my right hip became realigned and my walking has returned to it's natural stride. I feel so blessed to have found Happy Foot. I am 58 years old. My knees were both gone from Osteoarthritis. I had my right knee replaced a couple of years ago. My left knee was going to be replaced as soon as I decided to do so. This place was wonderful and it's inexpensive ! I don't get massages regularly because of how expensive they are and I've had my share of horrible experiences. The people here were very nice (I didn't catch their names). I was so relaxed. The atmosphere was great and soothing. I did a 30 minute foot and I will be going back. Even got myself a loyalty stamp card! There were no issues with the credit card machine and they didn't try to "scam me or lie to me" or whatever else others have gone through. There was a bit of a language barrier though. They were still very sweet. Great experience for a great price! read more

A new happy feet in Lynn! Great location and there is no wait time for a walk in. I was brought in right away to one of their massage room and was promptly taken care of. The lady was great! I would not go back .. they put me in a room I had to wait and wait they said water wasnt ready.. Not sure what that means... But after 5 min they brought me a tiny bit of cold water in the bucket left my feet in there for 2 minutes .. no foot soak.. Was so cold in there they used my coat for a blanket. the hot stones were cold. when I got up to leave they had there winter coats on. That is how cold it was in there. I gave her my groupon she did not understand english. She couldnt figure out the price. Which I explained it to her. I lefted, she chased me out to my car. I had to talk to the owner on the phone. .She went in came back out wanting a tip . If she could speak english and do math she would have seen her tip was there. The massage was great but. would not go back. there are plenty of other reflexology places that are cheapier. read more

This is a very modest spa- I've gone a few times due to the convenient location and have enjoyed each visit. The language barrier for some staff is somewhat difficult in trying to communicate the level of pressure, but otherwise it's been pleasant. This was an experience right out of the Twilight Zone! I was attempting to use a Groupon and arrived early for my previously scheduled appointment with, "Marry". I noticed right away that the AC wasn't on and as it was close to Noon the waiting area was like a sauna. My masseuse wasn't in the building, but there was a nice gentleman at the desk who could neither speak of read English. This man called someone who told me they'd be there in 10 minutes for my appointment. After approximately 15 minutes this same woman that I'd previously spoken called back the man at the desk yelling at him in a loud and hysterical sounding voice. Why he had his phone on speaker more I'll never know. I got up to leave after all I'd experienced and the man behind the desk pantomimed that he was going to do my massage. I instead left and got my money back from Groupon. Now, in my lifetime I've been fortunate to experience several hundred massages of different types. My ex-wife was a massage who was licensed in two states, NY and PA. I've never had an experience anything like this before involving a massage. There was no customer intake form for existing health conditions which is standard within the industry and no licences displayed on the walls. Avoid like the plague! read more

These people are scammers, they pretend not to know how to use the credit card machine and pretend not to have change when i paid Cash for the massage so basically they robbed me $15 out of a $25 massage mind you i was going to tip $5 for the 30 minutes he spent with me... will never ho back! I have been to several reflexology massage parlors, but Happy Foot in Lynn is by far the beat. When I walked in the front door I was greeted by name. They took me into a private room for my one hour reflexology session. The recliner they use for the massage is very comfortable. All of the equipment appears brand new and the establishment is very clean. David was my reflexologist. I can not say enough about how wonderful he is. He was very professional, applied the perfect amount of pressure and was so good at relaxing me that I almost fell asleep. I have an issue with my ankle and the staff was all very helpful and were happy to massage it a little more to help me with my pain. I am so happy that I found Happy Foot on Boston Street in Lynn. It has only been a couple of days since my last visit and I just booked an appointment for this afternoon. If you want a great massage or reflexology treatment in a relaxing environment I highly recommend Happy Foot. I was so impressed I even bought a prepaid package. read more
