I would actually give it a 0 star due to the fact I called this establishment 3 times left a message and never received a call back.

My dog Chewy loves this place! We've been bringing him here now for about a year.. we moved from…read moreHawaii so it took some time to find a place that fit our crazy hyper active dog's needs! What did we like? Facility - We were looking for a place with an area outside that has actual grass and the other kind they can still play on that doesn't get them all muddy. The other daycare and boarding places didn't have much room for pups to run around or it was just a warehouse and no grass. I swear my dog held his pee until we picked him up and walked him to the grass. This place has lots of room to run around and make them tired! They've got separate indoor areas for doggies that either need a break, a nap or just wants to sit up front with the staff. Staff - The staff is amazing!! They do get to know your dog because they are all animal lovers and they know their behaviors! It's so nice when we walk in and they're already greeting Chewy by name. He loves walking in here, he knows as soon as we turn into the parking lot and just pulls us right inside! It seems they always have fun working there and there's always a celebration, like a doggy birthday or pajama theme day or something. Fun staff for sure! Pricing - very affordable! They do half days and full days. The boarding at night is well priced as well.. and we know our Chewy will be able to run around and play during the day. Grooming - they do grooming, baths and nail trimming too! Cons Only thing i was concerned about in the beginning was not any staff present at night time when you board your dog overnight... but the staff reassured us there are alarms and systems in place where staff would be readily available if needed. They all live really close by. So it hasn't been a problem for us at all! I highly recommend this place for all you doggy needs! If they need exercise, socializing or just doggy friends instead of being home alone.. this is the place for them!

She gave him some medication's and took him out for a walk. She communicated with me about how things were going. I have No complaints, she stayed here at my house and everything looked as good as it did when I left. Amy came here with her husband to meet Oliver and me prior to her staying here to make sure that they got along and he was OK with her. There were no problems. I would recommend Amy as I think she is trained to take care of animals and she really cares about them. Cyndi B

We have had Amy pet sit for us and all of our critters twice (and we plan on booking her again soon…read moretoo)! We have 5 dogs, a cat and a bird and she takes great care of all them. Our dogs can be quite challenging as they don't all get along with eachother but Amy takes it all in stride. The first time we booked Amy, one of the dogs had an unplanned surgery a few days prior to our trip. Our dog Nugget had staples keeping her surgery site closed and she was on pain meds and antibiotics. Nugget needed to be kept separate from the others and was essentially on bedrest. Amy did a fabulous job with Nugget! Nugget's staples all remained intact and Amy was completely comfortable giving Nugget her daily meds. Amy took great care of all the animals both times. Amy is a sweetheart! She has a huge heart for all animals! I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for someone to provide loving care to your pets!

I just got off the phone with one of the workers and she did not even talk to me. She rushed me off…read morethe phone and did not even ask me why I called. She listed a bunch of things for me to spend my money on then hung up the phone. My dog is in pain and she's worried about the things I can spend my money on him for. I seriously am reconsidering on where I take my dog if the number 1 reason why I'm here isn't put first. I'm sick and tired of everyone's reason of respect comes from money.

1/2 Star at best! When Dr. Marc Rosenberg retired, we decided to continue with Voorhees Veterinary…read moreCenter despite the lack of experience and skill that remained. Our female dog has a collapsed trachea and enlarged heart which causes her to cough often when put into stressful situations like vet visits. When we arrived at their office today, 10/28/23 @ 4PM, she was once again stressed and the extremely rude receptionist, Kim Champion, asked my wife and I to stand outside because our dog was too loud and thought she might be contagious. When I explained to her that she was in respiratory distress and had an appointment for her condition, she told me that we still needed to stand outside. Dr. Kaplan also chimed in and said she sounded terrible and needed to go outside. She has sounded like this for over a year and Kaplan and staff know this! We could have waited comfortably in one of their many open patient rooms, but NO they insisted we stand outside!! This infuriated me and I stormed out! I couldn't fathom how individuals that are so nasty and lack any compassion for pets in distress can work in a veterinary office! Dr. Hanan is by far the only good one left at that office. We have been customers of this practice for 11+ years and have spent several thousand dollars there. I guess our loyalty and patronage means nothing to this staff. It is time to move on to a vet that actually cares about their paying customers and their pets. I love my dogs and I was angered at how we were treated! I should have handled the situation better, but there is no excuse for the disrespect and lack of professionalism shown by Champion and Kaplan! When I informed them that we were leaving their practice, Champion said "Whatever and good!" We should have known not to expect much from a business that resides in a run down and abandoned shell of a shopping center!
