I'm on the west coast, so I didn't think we could actually work together, but find her quite accessible since she does virtual sessions and is also active on her Patreon. I have a lot of experience with dog rescue, and I often adopt dogs with special needs. I have a dog that has obviously experienced some trauma around other dogs, and Erika has been incredibly helpful. She is generous with her knowledge and her time, she has lots of training tools like handouts and videos, and she is a delightful person in general. Great sense of humor, and it feels warm and fuzzy to work with her, which is so nice because often when we have problematic dogs, we don't feel good about it and we blame ourselves. Not only does she use positive reinforcement in her training for dogs, but also for people, because often it is us that needs to be trained. He is very tempermental, I warned the groomer, if he's not cooperating, whatever your doing, stop. I have the same groomer for Harley, each visit. I call to check on him, never a problem. I pick him up, when they call, he's clean, happy and trimmed. If the grooming isn't what I requested, they will fix it. Never a problem. I tip the young lady that does Harley, she does such s great job. I will keep using Petsmart, as I pleased with their services. I even paid extra to have his teeth brushed because I expected a higher-quality service. When I picked him up, it honestly seemed like he hadn't been properly bathed at all. He still smelled very bad, almost as if he had only received a dry bath. What upset me the most was the haircut. They completely ruined the shape of his face, and the hair on his forehead looked like it had been cut with zigzag scissors. He was left looking choppy, uneven, and poorly groomed. A few hours later, we called to explain the situation, hoping they would be willing to make it right. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, the manager was extremely unprofessional. He told us that since it was only our third visit, "that's what we paid for." He also said that if we wanted our dog to smell better, we would have had to pay an additional $30. The way they handled our complaint was even more disappointing than the grooming itself. We weren't looking for an argument--we simply expected them to listen to our concerns and offer a reasonable solution. It's very disappointing to pay for a service and receive such poor results, followed by such disrespectful customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place.

Grooming Skills: My dog is a pain in the a$$ to groom. She hates her paws touched and gets anxiety. Callin All Dogs has that special touch to calm her down so they can quickly complete her groom. They will not use any drugs on a dog. Their staff regularly goes to grooming training classes to stay up to date on the different dog's needs. They also go regularly to trade shows so they always have the best of the best products. Timing: They usually take about an hour to complete the grooming on my small dog. Price: Their cost was slightly higher than the local grooming salon (by less than $10). For that small difference they come to my door and only keep my dog for an hour. While other groomers have kept my dog in a cage for hours upon hours before completing their services. Worth the extra $$$ in my opinion. Overall: These people know dogs!
