Most services requested and provided are acceptable, SOLID, but finish work was unacceptable, as it wasn't until the day I picked the bike up that the owner complained about having items shipped directly to his shop and then bring up his personal priorities where he seemed make excuses for being distracted from the work, and then left me without a fuel gauge (it is not the question of not having a fuel gauge, but its that he didn't have me order one so he could install it! Several weeks prior I asked him to let me know everything it needed, but he waited until the final day to say "I couldnt find it") BUT the most egregious oversight and "rushed" nature of his finish work... I was left without working turn signals and hazard lights! So far, into my second week, I am still getting by with my hand signals! Thank God I have a working headlight and brake light. Aaron, this could have been the most beautiful bike that has ever left your shop, but you rushed it, while deflecting and/or aiming the blame at me or other circumstances...again, to be clear, I DID NOT RUSH YOU. You would appear to have maybe rushed yourself, and lose some "street cred" in doing so... IMHO.
SO...4.8 stars for satisfactory quality of "completed" work. 1.2 stars for incomplete "safety" work. NO shop worth its square footage sends any motorized vehickle out without checking lights and other safety features to ensure it is road-worthy.
Overall 3 Stars (and this is generous). :/ read more
