I am glad that I could come back to this neighborhood and find that the store has moved to a new location. Just a few blocks from where the old one used to be. This store is bigger and brighter than their little hole in the wall before. I came in for a dress for my 6-month-old niece's baptism. Ordering online and picking up there is another treat. They ask for your email confirmation that says order ready for pickup only. I deleted that one by accident but still had the email with the confirmation number and still refused to use that and look for my package. Also bring your drivers license also because they wont give it to you without that either. Also don't let your spouse pick up either, has to be the name that made the order. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store and just go next door to Carter's where they are always friendly and helpful and treat you like a valued customer.

I needed to buy a gift card as I was looking at the gif cards the cashier comes over and says you need an ID to buy those which I found odd since I had not even said how I was paying, she continues to tell me I need an ID, Finally I pull out my ID and my Carters Credit Card and AFTER I swiped my card she said no you can't use the Carters card.. I found that odd.. So I walked out the store and I called the 800 number. Where it was stated to me that YES I can buy a gift card with my credit card and NO I don't need to show ID..I then proceeded to go back to the store to double check that i wasn't charged for the gift card since I had swiped my card. The cashier said well when you get your statement you will see if you got charge.. I told her absolutely not she was going to check right there and right now and I also informed them at that moment that was still on the phone with 800 and the tone changed quickl. I ended up going to another Carters with again ID and Card in hand and they sold me the gift card.
