As we…read morestarted our wedding planning process, we wanted to explore how a planner could help us, even as someone who already handles corporate events. I'm so glad we found Willmus Weddings! Heather was wonderful from our very first call, and we appreciated having the flexibility to choose between partial or full planning. During our first in-person meeting, she helped us identify what mattered most in selecting our venue. We ultimately chose partial planning based on our venue, Kijamii Overlook at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and she found us incredible vendors to complete our day. As we got closer to the wedding, I couldn't have imagined how grateful I would be to have Heather to rely on. She kept us on track with every little detail and was always ready with a thoughtful opinion whenever we had questions. On the day of our wedding, Heather and Ava were absolutely fantastic! I was able to trust them completely to set up our decorations exactly as I had envisioned, while we enjoyed getting ready and sharing our first look. Throughout the reception, Heather made sure we actually got to eat, including trying our appetizers and sitting down to enjoy our dinner.

Heather and Ajji worked with a high level of attention to detail to get everything set up, which allowed us to truly relax and soak in the entire wedding weekend, from the rehearsal through the big day. Everything ran smoothly, and Ajji handled all the moving parts behind the scenes. Christophe is an incredible photographer and made us feel completely at ease throughout the day. He captured everything perfectly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better team to bring our wedding to life. If you're looking for a group that is organized, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your day special, we can't recommend them highly enough!

I had delegated my now husband to find us an officiant and I gave him a few choices. After evaluating them together, we decided to have him contact Kristin and see what she would say. She mentioned that she usually liked to meet with the couple over zoom so we could get to know each other, have her know our story, and just get more comfortable with her. I loved how she has this huge document she shared with us about the different kinds of loves and prayers for people of all kind of religious backgrounds. I think the Zoom call was so important to get to know if we would like her and be comfortable with her since she would be our officiant. We immediately took to her and really liked her. She had a very calm and sweet demeanor about her and we got to know each other. I absolutely loved how she did yoga everyday and felt a connection with her. She organized everything for us, bringing us the papers to sign the day we got married, telling us what we needed to do, taking them when we were done and dropped it off for us. She was the absolute sweetest, communicated well, had recommendations for us and was a great resource since I had not done much research on what options we could do for our ceremony. Without her we wouldn't have known about Unity In Glass and decided to combine glass to represent our union. As a result we have something super memorable and beautiful from that day. I also never had to worry about this specific aspect of the day because she had it all handled. I highly recommend her and would suggest people to use Kristin's services with confidence!

The day of the ceremony, she arrived early to speak to us individually and to check on how we were doing and how we were feeling. If you are looking for someone to officiate your marital union- one of the most important days of your lives, please go with Kristin!

I could say without a doubt it would never had been stress free or run so smoothly without the huge help of Jessica and her wonderful team aka her daughters (amazingness runs in the family). We were on a mission to find vendors who were able to work with us on flexibility and responsiveness. After a search high and low, I stumbled on Jessica! She really set our minds at ease and was super responsive. Never took very long to answer any questions or concerns we had. Her line of communication was always open. She also has a "I'm not a push over attitude" which is what you need in a wedding coordinator. She will get your vendors in line if any step out of line or are slacking or needs to be done right away. These were all great signs so we decided to go with Jessica as our day of coordinator. We spoke multiple times about what we expected and she covered all the bases even ones we totally didn't think about. The day of the wedding, we felt in good hands and the proof was in the pudding. Walking into the ballroom, I was taken back! The centerpieces and decor exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond. It all was perfectly placed and beautiful. At some point before the reception, there was a little miscommunication with the DJ but she made it a point to make sure he understood our vision and not what HE thought was best. She is also truly thoughtful. For example, when she grabbed my flats from my emergency bridal bag and handed them to me when taking pictures walking around the venue. She did it without me asking or discussing that I would desperately need my flats. Jessica and her team had our backs and we felt it. Shoutout to her beautiful daughters who are just as thoughtful and sweet. Thank you ladies! So if you are debating whether or not to use Jessica as a coordinator, let me make this decision easy for you. Pick up the phone and give her a call as she is wonderful to work with. Thank you Jessica and team..a million x100. We can't thank you enough. Jessica & Steven Tran
