On a $30 manicure, a $10 upcharge for this is a bit much. Lesson learned for next time. Overall it is the nicest salon in the sea of salons in Henderson!

Not only is that poor business practice, but should be considered false advertising. Owner or manager said, "Gel is more expensive" but nowhere on the menu states this additional charge! Additionally, the technician failed to mention the additional charge during the ENTIRE service! (And side note... despite all the tomfoolery of the upcharge, she did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Extra star only for HER service.) HOWEVER, I do not appreciate people taking advantage of me and not being transparent on their pricing so I will be calling my bank, providing photos of their menu, my receipt AND the reviews I will be leaving over social media! Unless I am contacted for a refund, I will proceed with my charge back! Lastly, I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again and I suggest you exercise EXTREME caution before spending your money here. Also, they blocked me on their social media platforms. That should be all the evidence you need of their wrongdoing! Update your menu and stop playing with people's money!

The salon is super clean, small, and really inviting. I went in about four weeks ago as a walk in around 4:30 on a Sunday and was taken right away. No wait at all. My skin has become really sensitive over the past few years, so I have to be careful with nail services. The last place I went to didn't really understand that, so I came in a little nervous. I started with a pedicure with no polish and no cutting, just cleaning and filing, and T followed that exactly. He also gave me one of the best leg and foot massages I've had in a long time. Then came my hands. I wanted something over my natural nails and asked about hybrid options. I explained all my concerns to Emily, the technician, who is amazing. She really listened, walked me through different options, and made it clear that if I felt any discomfort at all we would stop immediately. She was so careful the entire time. Every single step. She made sure not a drop of product touched my skin. I'm sure this ended up being one of the longest French manicures she's ever done, but she never rushed me or made me feel like a problem. She told me there's a two week guarantee on French manicures and to come back if anything chipped, but it's been four weeks and they still look beautiful. No itching, no dryness, no irritation at all. I'm actually going back tonight and this time I'm doing my toes too. Safe to say I found my spot.

Their personnel are phenomenal; the massage chair is excellent and has various options. The list of pedicure options is impressive; my favorite is the one that focuses on the callus. Jay was my nail tech this week; she was professional and detailed. I enjoyed the ease of going on the website and scheduling an appointment. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the music playing in the background is tranquil. There's always ample parking. The owner refused to take credit card and only took Zelle.. wasn't told this ahead of my service, but ok, did Zelle. Now she owes me $75 and has not paid, despite various requests. I booked the appointment with ClassPass, so it was prepaid. But I did have an extra charge for the French tip I did on my nails, which was $5. I added it to what would have been her actual price, in order to tip properly. Once I did this, I got the total price, with the tip, and accidentally sent her that (instead, I should have subtracted the service total to get the tip, and add that to the $5 extra charge). So I meant to send her $15, but I accidently sent $90. Right after sending it I realized what I had done was incorrect. I explained to her and she understood, and told me she would reimburse the $75 via Zelle, but would have to do it later and rushed me out and told me her husband was waiting for her. In retrospect, I should have just had her send it back on the spot. And not allow her to rush me out. Very disappointing, very sleezy.
