I am so pleased that Veteran Affairs accepted my request to go to an acupuncturist and that they referred me through Community Care to "Core Acupuncture & Wellness", clinic owned by Dr. Jai & ran by him and his Associate. The etiquettes of these two professionals have surpassed my expectations. They are very polite and definitely professional. They are considerate and listen to how you feel each visit. They treat you like a person in need and deserving of quality care . I have been to other Acupuncturist''s however I did not feel noticeable or sustaining relief. I have been in pain for many years so as I began experiencing relief for 2 to 3 days after a treatment with Dr. Jai it gave me hope that I can again live a somewhat normal life and do the things that I love to do , instead of sitting or laying down all day & night due to pain. The aesthetics of the office is very serene and calming and their office music is soothing. Their office is clean and bright and they make sure that there is no trash littered outside of the office, which is a detail that many business owners do not give attention to . I recommend any Veteran who has been living with pain, depression, PTSD and a list of other disabilities and feel there's nothing that will help while diminishing the value of your life, do yourself a favor and contact Veteran Affairs . If you're enrolled in their healthcare ask your primary care physician to put in a request for acupuncture treatments and give them the information for this specific office. You may not feel relief on the first visit however if you continue being treated by this doctor, you will feel better . Please note that they do take other insurances in case you do not have VA healthcare and they also take private pay. Do something good for yourself, look into this , it is so worth it and so are you . Thank-you!

5 Stars - Life-Changing Care from Dr. David Valle…read more I've been seeing Dr. David Valle at True Health & Wellness for the past 9 months, and the difference he's made in my life is incredible. When I first came in, I was dealing with lower back, hip, and foot pain that was affecting my training and daily comfort. Dr. Valle took the time to understand my concerns and created a thorough, personalized treatment and workout plan. Thanks to his expertise and care, I've not only been pain-free--I've been injury-free. I was able to train for and complete a half marathon feeling strong, confident, and without any issues. That's something I couldn't have imagined before starting treatment. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers real results, I highly recommend Dr. Valle and the team at True Health & Wellness. Thank you, Dr. Valle!

I came in with serious back, neck, and hip issues--some from childbirth, some from working a sedentary job--and within the first month and a half, I saw major progress. Dr. David is extremely diligent and takes the time to truly understand what's going on. He listens, explains, and adjusts care based on your specific needs. I've never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. I've also never felt pressured to come in more than needed--his focus is genuinely on your health and healing, not on sales. My lower back pain is now minimal, and while healing takes time, I have full confidence I'll be back to 100% with his care. The office is clean, professional, and welcoming. You can tell the team knows their stuff. Highly, highly recommend!

He studied at the prestigious Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and his expertise really shows. What makes him stand out is that he also practices Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), which is rare among acupuncturists. His holistic approach treats the root cause, not just the symptoms. I brought my 87-year-old mother, who had suffered from allergies for over 30 years. She had tried many Western medications that worked only briefly and caused side effects. After just 20 visits with Dr. Duan, she is now completely free from any medication and feeling great. We are truly grateful for Dr. Duan's skill, care, and dedication. Highly recommended!

What immediately stands out is how customized every session is. Unlike other places I've been where you get the same routine each time, she really listens to what's going on with your body and adjusts everything accordingly. Every appointment feels intentional and specific to what I need that day. Her skill is incredible. She's extremely in tune with the body and knows exactly how to work through problem areas. At times it even feels collaborative--similar to physical therapy--because she communicates so well during the session and works with you to get the best results. I also really appreciate how accommodating she is with injuries. She's the only massage therapist I've been to who can effectively work around limitations while still making real progress. It takes a high level of knowledge and training to do that, and it shows in her technique and variety of methods. Her space is a private studio suite and beautifully designed--it feels more like a vacation retreat than a typical massage setting. Scheduling is easy online, payment is simple (Venmo/Zelle), and everything runs smoothly, never had any issues. On top of all that, she is genuinely one of the sweetest, most kind-hearted people you'll meet. She has such a calm, humble presence that makes you feel completely at ease and I always leave so happy! I can't recommend her enough--she's a true professional and absolutely the best at what she does.
