Anyway, Adriana aggressively grabbed the box from my hands, slammed it on the counter and placed a lid over the box. I thanked her, but it got worse. She was handing me the drinks and I needed a cup holder so I asked her for one and again aggressively placed my drinks in the cup holder, I was so afraid to ask for ketchup but my kids wanted ketchup, and when I did she said with attitude "give me your cup holder" and threw the ketchup inside. She had a very hostile attitude over simple requests. I've never experienced this kind of behavior at In-N-Out before. I hope management addresses this, I was so surprised, it doesn't reflect the usual friendly and respectful service In-N-Out is known for.
