The audiologist left and saw the "traveling" audiologist - nothing done! 7K and can't hear. Wonderful audiologist who gave it her best and finally threw in the gauntlet as my aids were now NOT under warranty (owner of this chain is all about the bottom line and my "warranty" was up??) so she gave me different brand loaners which worked wonderfully but I was not to tell anyone. She left but she left another loaner pair in the drawer in case these failed. New audiologist reprogrammed the loaners and they worked for a long while but never did I receive another hearing test but several adjustments and out the door. I actually got an e mail to tell me to renew my warranty - warranty on WHAT?? I now have a pair of aids that need adjustment but all I can say is go elsewhere as they want nothing to do with me. NO money NO service. They are pricey and frankly not worth the "contract" you signed. Customer service - NONE.

I…read moresigned paperwork stating that adverse reactions can happen, but only happens between 2%-4% of patients. 6 days after the procedure, my son began bleeding from his throat, causing him to have a second emergency procedure to cauterize his throat. I let this roll off, because, yeah, I was told it could happen. 12 days after the procedure, my daughter's throat started bleeding, leading up to the same emergency procedure to cauterize her throat. Now, this isn't sitting well and it's too coincidental to me. I now have traumatized children, missed multiple weeks from school and work, and am now racking up 4 procedures worth of bills. I called the business office for the practice for liability insurance information just to be told I couldn't have it. A simple "sorry that happened" isn't going to work with me for this situation.
