From the beginning to the end they did a wonderful job and made our day feel so special. Pictures are such an important part of a wedding and we now have memories in pictures we will cherish forever. Amanda worked closely with me in the beginning in aligning their services with our budget She was so thoughtful and wanted to create a wonderful experience for us, all while keeping mind the budget we were trying to adhere to. She was able to put together a package that worked for us while remaining in our budget. (I also made a last minute change roughly 2 weeks before the wedding and it was no problem!) The amount of detail that goes in to the planning is impeccable. We provided details of family members and the shots we wanted to make the wedding day run as smooth as possible. This was so helpful to relieve stress on the big day! I can't say enough wonderful things about Tonya and Brianne who actually shot our wedding. They made sure we stayed on track with the timeline and were able to adjust where necessary. (i.e the bridal party was running a bit behind *go figure* so they moved things around to get the grooms pictures first.) Many guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, in large part to PD's styling and floral arrangements at the venue. They were much more involved than just a day-of-coordinator. I was planning the wedding from afar and we met a handful of times in person throughout the year leading up to the wedding, they offered recommendations for vendors, and they really took over the month of the wedding. They communicated with all of the vendors about the wedding day timeline, they made sure all parties were where they needed to be during the wedding, and my wedding was PERFECT. It felt great to be in such good hands. I couldn't have done it without Parie Designs. With a perfect wedding, you must be asking, why four stars? While the service and floral were impeccable, we ran into several inconsistencies on the invoice. It's disappointing, even to me, to subtract a star due to invoice issues. The initial consultation consists of filling out an invoice based on the vision you present of your wedding, then you pay half of the initial invoice as a booking fee. Nine months later, right before the wedding, I received an updated invoice for our final payment. The final invoice was about $1,500 more expensive than our initial invoice, but I hadn't added $1,500 worth of rentals to the invoice. I compared item by item to find that 5 invoice items had gone up in price from the initial invoice. There was back and forth about these items, and some of them were lowered back to the original price, but not all of them. I highly recommend Parie Designs so long as you keep the initial invoice in a safe spot so you can compare to the final invoice.
