I read through all of the reviews and was very surprised at the many which were listed as 'not…read morerecommended' as they were excellent! So let me share my personal experience with you. I was referred to Dr. MaiAn Vu by a friend who, like me, is a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. She said, "you will love her", and my friend was right. Although I live in the Saratoga Springs area, I had an emergency and needed to go to the Chauvin Family Dentistry's Clifton Park office because they were open that day. That's where I met an "Angel", Ellen, who is (or was the last time I was there) the receptionist in their Clifton Park office. This was during a very bad time in my life when I was going through some serious financial struggles (my husband - now ex - disappeared one day and left me with a stack of overdue, unpaid bills and no money). Ellen was compassionate and understanding. She worked it out so that I could pay the bill off a bit each month without shame. The overall care that I received was outstanding. I wish that I could have continued to go to the Clifton Park office but their practice was not on my medical plan's approved list. Unfortunately, paying out of pocket for routine cleaning and x-rays was not an option. Even though I had been going to a dentist closer to home (and on my program) for periodic check-ups and cleanings, when I needed a crown I went to Dr. Vu and to Ellen's office. I paid out of pocket because crowns were not covered in my dental plan (they just want to pull your teeth!). Because they are THAT GOOD! I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Vu and Ellen. Unfortunately, once again, their practice is not on my fiance's dental plan's approved list, which is really a bummer.

He had completed all my dental work in the early-mid-2000s when I desperately needed it. I did not get any dental care as a child and was never taught how to properly care for my teeth so I've had a lot of dental work, root canals, crowns, a bridge, orthodontics, etc. I decided to stay and meet the new dentist and I could not be happier. Dr. Juracka is amazing; he is extremely gentle, he's very kind and I'm happy to have him as my dentist. His work is beautiful and he completes the work painlessly. My bridge needs replacing after about twenty years. I am a bit scared of having it removed but I have every faith in this dentist and his work. Kym and Kim are both wonderful! The cleanings I get here are quick and painless. I have gotten my oral hygiene habits down pat; my gums are healthy and I do not need scraping when I get my teeth cleaned. Not scared to get a cleaning anymore. Diana at the front office is also wonderful. She's friendly, remembers your name and asks about things in your life. She helps make you comfortable from the moment you walk into the office. I highly recommend this practice. Especially if you're scared of the dentist, this is the practice for you. They are truly warm, caring and kind. They will do everything they can to ensure your comfort. The dental work you receive here is absolutely world class, top notch perfection.

I've utilized their services two times now! First time was at 16 weeks for the "sneak peek gender…read moredetermination" for our gender reveal party (their determination was correct! I was worried because I was so early still, but they got the gender right!) - this session was with Vanessa Second time was at 31 weeks for the "baby bumps gold" package (30 min session - 3D/4D imaging with 10 printed images, link with all images taken at session & recording of session on flash drive) - this session was with Anne I was able to bring whoever I wanted for both sessions which was an incredible experience, I took multiple family members and friends to each session. Both Vanessa and Anne were extremely kind, professional, sweet and comforting. They make you feel like you're talking to a friend! They narrate as they're doing the imaging and they will politely and softly engage in your experience with baby & family. The setting of the place is amazing. It's like a spa setting with low lighting, lovely music playing in the background, big sectional couch & pillows for partner, family/friends, comfy table for mama to lay on with pillows and a tv to view the ultrasound with all of your people :) you can also take pics/videos on your own personal camera. Pricing is most definitely fair! I'm really just so impressed with this place - if we have another baby I will most definitely be going back! One thing I did want to mention is that for the "baby bumps gold" session, I received the flash drive and it ended up being a faulty drive. I was able to view the video on my fiancés laptop once and then when we went to go view it again, neither one of our laptops recognized the flash drive at all. I was so sad :( After trying and trying I gave baby bumps a call and spoke with Anne. She offered me a refund for the flash drive portion of the session OR a 30 minute re-recording of baby put on another flash drive. I was super bummed that I didn't get that recording so I chose to go back in. They got me in within a week at ZERO charge. Vanessa scanned me for this session & I received another flash drive and a link with the photos she got from this session as well! I am so pleased. Customer service is amazing and very quick. Baby bumps has been SO accommodating, professional and kind to us. HIGHLY recommend!!

Thanks Baby Bumps! Highly recommend * I went back for 3/4D and I wasn't disappointed. Overall I've received prints, a DVD, a teddy bear with the heartbeat, a bunch of digital copies sent to my phone. Awesome service if you're thinking about going just do it! I traveled 2 hrs twice to go :)
