I've been here twice and they seem to know what they're doing with their espresso. However, they need to start using the thermometer for steaming milk. The first time the milk was not hot enough (I'd say 150 degrees or so) and the latte was lukewarm before I and my friend were halfway through. The second time it was far too hot, tongue scaldingly hot. They have Melinda's Biscotti from Sidney, my favourite, I recommend the Cranberry White-Chocolate (yes I know, I don't normally like white chocolate or cranberries either, but trust me). So, on my visit home, I was excited to stop by Coffee On the Moon and catch some of the relaxing vibe that I miss so much. I wasnt a huge fan of the rice crispie, it was huge and overpriced but I still love Coffee On the Moon. :) Staff are great too.

The coffee they use is organic and fair trade and the brand is called, Spirit Bear. I believe that it is a local coffee roaster. The coffee was good but definitely nothing to write home about. Would I go back? Sure, if I happened to be in the area again killing time. At a friends house later on they brewed me a cup of coffee using beans from Drumroaster Coffee (another local coffee shop/roaster) and that was some of the best coffee I've ever had in my life. So maybe if you're in the area hit up Drumroaster instead.
