    More pizza! Lol

J'adore la pizza ici!!!! C'est super!! I loved the pizza here it was so good!!! The staff was super friendly and warm, back then I couldn't speak French so they spoke to me in English. I will be back when I come back to Paris, I loved it!

Loved this spot when I was visiting Paris, it is a must for a vegan or if you love pizza. The fam and I came here for some pizza, we ordered the 2 Le Montagnarde, 1 Le Touriste and 1 Le Dandy. All of them were soooo delicious, the fam's favorite was my brother's, Le Dandy, bomb. The people that work here are very nice too, plus they speak French and English. Definitely coming back here once I go back to Paris.

Being from New York pizza is a staple. I was so excited to try Hank. The servers were great at explaining the variety of pies. I was also happy to see they had gluten free pies. I've grown to appreciate the "menu" option in Paris, especially for lunch. We had the choice of a slice and starter or a slice and dessert. The slices were larger than I expected. My friend and I ordered two different slices and had them cut I half. He ordered the salad and I got the cookie. I loved the interesting ingredients- mushrooms, potatoes and basil. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Best vegan pizza I have had! 100% recommend and will return. Fast friendly and delicious pizza! Suggest the mushroom slice and the courgette slice. The place has seating for about 20 people and fills up fast!

Oh my [insert favorite, or only diety of your choice here]! One, if not the best pizza I've had in a long time. And there was no need for any mock meats. I went bananas for the Hawaiian pizza, literally, that we had to come back for more before leaving Paris. They were creative with toppings and combinations, one of which had potatoes and some sort of non dairy creamy sauce, was more than I could ask for. And "the tourist" which is a daily special made by chef, depending on how the planet's align lol seriously, could not have been any better. I will legitimately buy another ticket to Paris if it means I get to eat more pizza from Hanks. P.S. - don't skip the hot oil! - seating in first and second floor, lovely couch and decor like the hanks burger location - don't skip the hot oil! - all vegan

OMG!! The best vegan pizza place! I can eat here everyday, thank gosh I don't live here nor is my hotel close by. They had 5 different pizzas to choose from & one of them had Beyond meat. While it wasn't my favorite, I still demolished my slice. My favorite was the #1 with the vegan cheese, I meant to ask the brand. It was so rich & cheesy & creamy, I wanted to ask for some to go but we had too much more to do than for me to walk around with pizza in my hands. You get two slices & 2 sides (choice of drink, salad or dessert) for 13 euros, not too bad. This is the minimum you'll spend when here in Paris, for good food. Free WiFi & plenty of seating upstairs, no outside sitting area. When in the area make sure to visit.

Hanks pizza has a few options for pizza as well as Wi-Fi, plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs and a bathroom. Sunday they provide brunch for an additional cost which also features tater tot's really wanted to try the tater tots, but they only come with the brunch. For 13 Euros you get 2 slices of pizza a drink and a salad or dessert. You can also just purchase slices of pizza. The slices are rectangular. They are fulfilling. One of the pizzas featured Beyond meat. The shop is the sister to Hanks Burgers(which are awesome by the way). The staff is also very friendly and speak English.

The pizza here was very delicious and at a good price! I ordered the La Montagnarde which was a grilled veggie pizza & Le Costaud that consisted of vegan cheese, potatoes, mushrooms and red onions. Onions on a potatoes I know may sound weird, but trust me, it's good! Le Costaud was definitely my favorite, I even got seconds. Great place to eat and relax after a long day of roaming around.

So great! We saw a sign at Hank's (burger) and immediately detoured to come to their new pizza place for dinner. Lots of cool flavors of slices, we had the truffle and the Hawaii and I loooved the Hawaii. A slice runs you 5 euros, but a menu (2 slices, drink, and either a salad or dessert) was enough for the two of us, and would've been great for a very hungry solo person. The drink selection is good, and the apple tarte was great too. Hoping to come back here soon!

Less sauce the second time and less flavor.

I went back a second time and got the slice that I liked a lot the first time. This time it really didn't taste that good. Comparing the pictures you can see there is a lot less sauce in the second one. I think that is why a lot of the flavor was missing.

Two slices of Hanks pizza, Le Costaud & Montagnarde.

Great vegan pizza! The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The toppings are unique and well pair to make a slice you won't forget. I doubt even the average omnivore would miss cow cheese or any meat topping. I only wish they'd add one or two slices per day for more variety.

They say Paris is "The City of Light", one reason is it's involvement in the Age of Enlightenment; and I can vouch for Hank's Pizzeria that their pie is nothing short of enlightened. Holy moly, if you're in the mood for the best pizza you've ever had in your life then Hank has the hookup. When I saw the name, I thought "meh, maybe I'll try it" because I thought it would be some hole in the wall semi-decent place like an American chain pizzeria but don't let the name fool you - they are holding the holy grail of pizzas. All natural, no processed or artificial ingredients they will wow you with flavor combinations unlike any you've fathomed before. They have a semi-permanent set of flavors including some alternating ones that are up to "whatever the chef's mood for that day is". I enjoyed my le tourist and literally everything here. Definitely DO put a ton of the hot chili oil on your pizza. Perfectly doughy dough with light crispy crust and bottom. It's indescribable, just get your butt to Hanks immediately! Merci!

    Vegan pizza is amazing!

It was too hot to eat in this little spot on a 90 degree day, so I got a burger and slaw to go. Good vegan fast food.

On the other hand, it made me realize that my mother was a terrible cook. Bistro des Augustins is a small, cozy venue offering both indoor seating and terrace seating near Pont Neuf. It serves a small number of curated dishes, including a wonderfully traditional Bistro Gratin in a homey ceramic dish served piping hot with a brown crispy cheesy top, herbs, spices and chicken. You can also get it with salmon. My brothers and I only saw my mother use our gas range to light her cigarettes, sanitize needles to remove our splinters, and make s'mores during the summer months when she couldn't muster the energy to take us 'outside camping.' I mean, all she had to do was borrow a cookbook, which I'm sure were readily available from maybe a neighbor or in any local bookstore or the public library. How hard is that? I was the only kid who brought a can of tuna and his own monogrammed can opener to school every day. Every day. And mom convinced me that the tuna holster she got me for my birthday was cool and hip. I was a naive mercury-filled fool, although I did become a very fast runner in junior high school because of the tuna holster. The interior décor of Bistro des Augustins is informal and vintage bistro style - wooden tables, traditional chalkboard menus, and soft lighting - creating a relaxed and comfy ambiance. My eyes have been opened to what's possible. Thank you Bistro des Augustins for expanding my culinary horizons. Five stars.

Didn't blow me away, but was solid with the creaminess of the sliced potatoes and emmental cheese combined together with mixed vegetables. The cheese was very strong though, so anything else was unfortunately pretty much overpowered by it. Arrived with bread, but it DEFINITELY could use other carb options to sop it all up (e.g., rice???)! = Landais - Cheese gratin with duck. Same comment as the above, except the Landais had egg and goat cheese also mixed in with almost the same ingredients as the Fermier. THE SERVICE ----------------------- + The lone waitress, who also worked the role as greeter, cashier and bartender was friendly. + Food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------------ = Small, tight restaurant. = Not many tables inside - 6 in total. + Located a few blocks away from the more touristy restaurants, towards the East, on a much quieter street. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Nada.

The tea shop on the second floor is absolutely adorable and really should be on any pastry-lover's bucket list (ditto if you are into tea houses). Calm, refined, and civilized, it embodies everything that "tea" should be. Mom ordered a pot of tea and she deemed it delicious (she is often disappointed by hot tea--it is rare that we find an establishment that makes it properly). I ordered the hot chocolate with chantilly, and it filled me with mirth. (Warning: it is a dessert unto itself. This is not the insipid cocoa that comes from powder in an envelope. Imagine a cup of chocolate truffle, and you are about right.) We both ordered the plaisir sucrée, and now I need to go back to Paris to take a pastry class.
