I've had two people, one professional and one personal, get discharged in less than 12 hours after being either a danger to themselves, others, or both. How dare you? They herd you around like cattle, once you *actually* make it into the system, and you are not treated valuably, or like your mental state is precious. These people literally do not care. To begin, the quality of care they provide here is atrocious. The providers pass you around; regardless of how many times they've seen you, they don't remember your name or literally anything about your file; and they're just generally not all that knowledgeable, compassionate, or empathetic. Their policy is, they will cancel your appointment if you are 15 minutes late. Even if you called to let them know. Even if you have extenuating circumstances. This is what happened to me the first time: I knew that I would be a little late, so I called ahead to let them know. They said ok, see you when you get here. I get in, less than 10 minutes after my appointment time, and they turned me away. I had driven over 30 minutes to get to this appointment, and they turn me away even after telling me that it was ok to still come, and even though I was still within the allowed timeframe. The receptionist said that she had no choice because Dr. Dafler told her that I was too late, and that it was too bad *shrugs* Fast forward to today, it happens again. The exact same scenario. This time, I told them to f*** off. I had called several different numbers and had been transferred to so many of the wrong people in the 16 minutes that I spent on the phone trying to let them know that I would be a few minutes late. I get there, and this time I am checked in. I go upstairs and wait and wait and wait. No one comes. I finally go speak to the receptionist to see what was going on, and she relayed to me that, once again, Dr. Dafler was refusing to see me. Even though, AGAIN, I was under the allotted time detailed in the policy. And had sat 15 minutes to wait for her while she voluntarily ignored me. Is that how a medical professional should act..? Especially one that's entrusted with ensuring the mental stability of the public..? Today was my last day attempting to see Dr. Dafler. She did not care that I was in a mental state of unrest, and was on the verge of having a mental medical emergency. I literally heard her say it on the phone to the receptionist. I do not EVER want to see her again. I filed a motion IMMEDIATELY to be removed from her care. She is a callous, cold-hearted person, and is most definitely better suited for private care (or, preferably, none at all). Zero stars.

My partner and I took our dog in for some much needed pool time to beat the heat. The shelter we…read moregot him from said he is a Shepherd/Husky mix so he gets very hot in the warmer months. He may have a bit of Staffordshire terrier in him but that is unconfirmed--he just has a big head. Our guy was running around having a good time. He went by a golden retriever to introduce himself and the golden lost its marbles on him and attacked him while our dog was cowering towards the wall trying to get away. The golden owner got it off and he came running back to us. It's worth noting that he didn't act any differently with this golden than he did with the black lab that was also there, but the black lab didn't attack him. We understand not all dogs are going to get along, and we have no ill will towards them or the dog. The issue is was how the "owner" of the place handled the situation. The golden left and we stayed for about 10 more minutes. When we decided to leave, the owner asked us what happened. We told her our side and she completely dismissed it. She said she has never had an issue with that golden before. I told her there are cameras in there and they should look back at the footage. She said "the cameras are not recording. I'm the owner and I know what goes on here". My question for the owner is why have cameras in the first place if they are not there to protect your business and your clients. She said we cannot have dogs reacting around other dogs. You mean acting like dogs? Our dog is very excitable and loves being around other dogs, and that is what the owner did not like. Our dog goes to a dog park almost daily because he loves playing with other dogs and has never had any issues with them. In fact, the shelter we got him from specifically had him in a kennel with another dog. Please if you do decide to go here and your dog has the slightest resemblance to a Pit-bull, Akita, German shepherd, Rottweiler or any other "dangerous breed" be careful because the owner will not have any sympathy for your dog. This was so disappointing because the staff from our prior visits were super friendly and welcoming, and I do believe they would have handled this situation with a lot more professionalism and kindness than their own boss would have. Regrettably, we do not intend to attend another session at your establishment. We fully acknowledge the necessity of strict policies to ensure the safety of the dogs, and we respect that. However, we found the manner in which the situation was managed to be unacceptable and unprofessional, which is the core issue. We would have been more than willing to return for a private session if we were treated with kindness and respect.

The MAs never return your phone calls or answer the phone when transferred to them. As for the front desk, Angie should have been fired years ago. She has violated HIPAA laws countless times. When answering the phone she wont put patients on hold so the patients on the phone are hearing the entire conversation with patients in office. There has also been at least 4 times within one year that I had to drive 45 minutes to the office to talk to someone because the phones were not answered for 2+ weeks and my voicemails were never returned. Due to that, i had ran completely out of medication because i could not reach anyone for several weeks to get a refill. The amount of patient neglect is out of control. If Dr. Chan were to have a different team administrative and medical then I would definitely continue to see him. However, every person that has been there leaves. Angie has fully yelled at colleagues in front of patients. It makes sense why people are constantly quitting
