We had parked directly in front of the drugstore - Pharmasave Crest - so that became our first stop, and became handy for Mom and I to each catch a few needed items. The bakery - Ray's Bakery - was our second stop - first a browse by daughter and I, then a return by me to catch an item that had caught my eye. Final stop was the food market - Choices Markets - basically for daughter and I to take advantage of the opportunity for a look around. After that, it was time for the three of us to head to the restaurant for lunch (Sushi Box). For us, the Plaza provided a first time look, and though small, and our time there brief, an enjoyed walkabout.

In what can only be described as a questioning tone, he asked if I was indeed planning to grab the jacket. This not only felt invasive, condescending but also insinuated my integrity as a customer. The entire encounter left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, as it significantly detracted from what was supposed to be an enjoyable day exploring the charming Deep Cove and its local shops. Customer experiences should be characterized by professionalism, respect, and a genuine desire to assist, none of which were exemplified during my visit to A'hoy by this boy they have employed there, who clearly lacks the emotional quotient.
