He never reached out to me when he couldn't make it. I had to reach out to him. After three no-shows in a row, I texted Ty and asked for my money back. He said he would be here the next morning for sure. I said okay. Told him though that if he didn't make it, for any reason, that I wanted my money back for sure. He didn't show, and again, didn't text until I texted him. He didn't send my refund though. He eventually said he had returned materials and would refund me when those funds were processed in 1-5 days. I let 5 business days pass, then texted Ty. He blew off my texts. I tried calling from a different number and though he didn't answer, he did text back immediately. I told him to return my money or I'm going to law enforcement. He then claimed he was at a wake and his wife would get the money sent by days end.
