We were very happy with the hands on attention to each window and it wasn't a power washer sprayed up on our second story windows but he was on a ladder washing each one. Very nice and professional. The price was perfect and very reasonable for doing both the outside and inside of our two story home. We will use them again for sure!

We hired Lloyd to redo our shower system, replace three water shut-off valves, and fix a broken…read moretoilet flange as part of a bathroom remodel. Out of all the jobs that he was hired to do, none were done correctly. First, the shower system and the shut-off valves were installed using Sharkbite push-to-connect fittings which are typically a DIY solution and are far less reliable compared to the standard methods for installing on CPVC and Pex piping. We know from talking to other plumbers that Sharkbite is not what professional plumbers would use in this setting. Second, he claimed that the broken toilet flange could only be replaced by cutting open the ceiling below, which i did not want to do. He ended up installing a $5 spanner flange on top of the broken flange (see pic). Again, this is something a DIY-er could easily do. We asked another plumber afterwards and he told us that the toilet flange could have been replaced without having to open the ceiling below. Lloyd charged us $700 for the parts and labor on this job. We communicated our concerns to Lloyd over email after finding out about the subpar work, but unfortunately we never got any response. We had to pay again to have the work re-done by a professional to ensure our peace of mind that the job was done correctly. I hope this review is useful to anyone who is looking to purchase his services.

We had received quotes from 4 different companies before speaking to Chris, He was the only one who gave us an honest measurement of the sod needing to be replaced! We were told by the other companies it was 5k sqft and one said 5800sqft... In reality it was 3900sqft ! Chris was also the only one who quoted the job including adding and tilling new top soil. All the other companies wanted to charge more for that on top of being dishonest about the size of the job. After we signed with Chris to do the sod job he kept in constant contact regarding weather delays and any issues that arose (not his fault, our yard was very very muddy and it kept raining making it worse) so we never felt like he forgot about us, we weren't a priority or that he took off with our deposit etc.. We were so impressed with his communication that we actually starter adding to our job and he created a nice stone edging for us to separate the pinestraw from the grass, made a 8x8 gravel raised garden bed area for my wife and re did all of the mulch beds at our house as well. He is honest, always on time, very responsive to questions or concerns and his pricing is very very reasonable.
