I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. He found many things that the house inspector overlooked, and we were able to take care of many issues to bring the property up to code - safety wise. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly! He caught was noone else did and probably saved the property from a much bigger isseu! Larry professionally and immediately facilitated ALL of the behind the scenes maneuvering to get power restored in the same week. AND Carlos and his team went so far above and beyond to fix all the issues and restore power correctly. He met with pool technician, solar technician and all worked together to make sure all the systems would be working as needed! They are a top notch operation all around and would highly recommend.
