From our initial meeting forward we enjoyed a very positive experience and are thrilled with the final installation. Our interactions received prompt, thorough and professional service. In fact, every interaction was kind and straight forward. Installation included 1800sf of engineered hardwood flooring. The crew was exceptional... very polite, on time, clean and meticulous over details from floor prep to installation. My project, being an older home, posed a few challenges and the installation crew took no shortcuts in overcoming every obstacle. I do not say this lightly... they met or exceeded every expectation and I'm not an easy customer to please. They just completed my installation about an hour ago and I was genuinely excited to offer a review. I agreed, because at that point his response was so hostile I wanted to be done with him, and THEN he then said afterward that I would need to sign a release saying that I wouldn't leave a negative review (WHEN HE WAS THE ONE WHO ABANDONED THE WORK)! I refused, and he stole my money. You should move on to a more reputable company. I filed A police report and Consumer Protection through the Attorney General's office is next. We recent needed a sump pump and a new toilet installed, and GRS Plumbing was our first call. They are always on time, and ready to work. It took 3 days to install the pump. There was all manner of muck, as you could imagine, but when they were finished, even the walls had been wiped clean. I was incredibly impressed, as i had expected a lot of clean up. The toilet install was the same way, the floor and toilet area were spotless, and everything had been replaced in its spot. When they left, they took everything with them, we had nothing to dispose of. It's a fair price for the quality of their work. I highly recommend them to anyone.

She scheduled me for first thing in the morning (not very busy I presume and now I see why $$$). As for the install the finished product looks good and it works, but for $237.00 it sure should! Two hours for a "master plumber" to install a kitchen faucet is egregious. The kicker is it probably only took 30-45 to install it, but I had to pay the extra 45 minutes for him to run to Lowe's to get parts (insert Hardee's breakfast biscuit here). What kind of "master plumber" doesn't have parts to install a kitchen faucet? So anyway, the install looks good, but as I need a plumber again to pressure test a gas line to a fireplace next week, I won't be using GRS Plumbing. P.S. When Courtney told me it was $90/hr and not a flat rate I kinda had the feeling this would happen, so when he got here I turned on my stopwatch on my phone and when I gave him my credit card to pay I showed him my phone which showed showed 1:48 minutes. And that's with him going shopping for over 40 minutes. So if you use GRS Plumbing, make sure to lube up because here comes a good screwing.
