I contacted the delivery department to resolve the error for a same day resolution, but have not heard back. I have been without a bed for almost a week and regret my purchase with Ashley. I've heard horror stories about ordering furniture through Ashley, but decided to give them a try and I regret my decision. This has and is a nightmare!

I am autistic and have sensory sensitivities, so one of the reasons that I switched to shopping here is because I find it to be less overwhelming than some other grocery stores. Plus, with being visually impaired, I find it easier to shop in places where the organisation is a bit better and I have typically had better experiences with the neatness of the store. Yes, I notice that prices tend to be a bit higher here versus other stores, but for me, it's worth it because I typically have a better experience and easier time when I shop here.

Ibiza Pool attempted a resurface of our pool but the finish was not done in a professional manner…read more Some specific problems: 1. significant defects and divots; 2. corners were not well formed; 3. there are clumps of white concrete left on the blue finish; 4. the quartz was not properly finished up to the tile; 5. diamond step spotters were partially covered with quartz/cement (so they appear misshapen/not square); 6. finish on the steps is very rough; 7. tiles were installed with cut/sharp edges facing out. In addition, Ibiza's work crew was careless - they mixed chemicals on a corded off new driveway, broke sprinkler heads, left cement foot prints all over the pool deck and only cleaned up when we called them back to do so. An Ibiza rep subsequently inspected the work and indicated that they would completely redo the finish properly at no cost to us, but that was more than 2 months ago and despite a subsequent discussion, Ibiza hasn't made any good-faith effort to replace the finish as promised. Finally, despite our multiple, significant concerns, we haven't heard a single word during this process from Ibiza's CEO & Florida Licensed Pool Contractor, Mr. Attila Adam. We have been hoping that he would want to make this right, but have been disappointed thus far by his lack of involvement with our concerns.

He had all ready for me ,making my life easier. We had set time for the job. I return to Florida for the time of the renovation. We had kind of trouble ,because he was behind with the previous job so starting my job need it to delay, not much but time was important for me because we need it to return home to our job and our life and the delay was jeopardise the plan. I entered in a panic mode even when he told me not to worry the pool will be done in time to my departure. Do you think I could sleep till I had the team start working on the pool? Noooo. They start almost 3 days later and as soon as they started ,they keep working till the pool was done. Of course was done way before my departure, but been first time reline the pool I didn't knew how long it will take. It was lots of stress ,I can say that. BUT not because of them it was because of me that's how I am...for sure next time things will be better. Now looking back 3 months since the pool was done ,I'm so proud of my pool and will pick them again with out shopping around. The pool is amazing, my guests love it ,we love it ,the price was fair the job is amazing done. On the other hand, I resent the fact that I now apparently need to buy a container to house another container of stuff. We are living in a time where you are expected to pour your perfectly good box of Cheerios into a more aesthetically pleasing box before placing it in your cupboard. I am really supposed to believe the original box is no longer acceptable? Enter The Container Store, which both soothes and triggers me. I am currently in what I can only describe as a soul crushing transitional phase of life. I have just moved. I do not have dressers yet. Not because I cannot buy them, but because I refuse to be trigger happy and purchase something I will regret. I am painfully picky about furniture. So instead of making a rash decision, I am living out of boxes. Yes. Boxes for clothes. Plastic containers for makeup. Random bins for food. It is not glamorous. I DO have a pantry... I'm in a new construction home.... everything is fresh, new and oh so not organized... This time, I am trying to approach it differently. Buy exactly what I need. Not the whole store. Just what serves a purpose right now. That is how I ended up with roller storage solutions, including a Hulken bag, which is actually kind of brilliant. It is sturdy, has wheels, looks cool, and currently houses clothes that either do not fit or need alterations. I can move it around easily, which in this dresser free existence feels like luxury. There are genuinely smart solutions in that store. The Elfa system is excellent. I have had California Closets before and loved them. There are plenty of closet systems out there that can transform a space into something functional and beautiful. But my core pain at the moment is simple. I do not have dressers. I cannot put anything away. Everything feels temporary, stacked, shifted, mobile. The Container Store gives you tools to create order. It just also reminds you how much order you do not currently have.
