Update: Jeremy is a terrible communicator and a liar, and I absolutely won't be hiring him again. I have hired him several times. Every time, I have had to text him multiple times to get him to respond. He oftentimes had an excellent excuse, but I'm tired of excuses. I only kept at it because he was so much cheaper than other handymen, but the service provided is sloppy at times. The final straw was after I hired him to build part of my deck. The deck was fine but as I stated, sloppy. At the time, he stated that he would return to remove the wood posts or "steaks". Long story short, he never did, even after I told him I'd leave a negative review if he didn't. And it's not because he forgot, because I texted him on 7 separate dates asking him when he would be done. He said he would do it, he did not do it, therefore he is a liar. I am disappointed and saddened to report this.

Jeremy is good he knows what he has doing he has expert team with him. I will post before and after pictures to compare his work check it out. Best thing about Jeremy is he provided recommendations with his expertise to save cost where possible

I requested a quote for a front door installation on April 4th. The provider requested photos and I sent the photos within the hour. The provider read my follow up message on April 5th and never responded. He appears to be very unprofessional; I'm glad I chose another company.

Jeremy does excellent work. We have been looking for a handyman since we moved into our new house, to help with projects beyond our skill level. He helped us remove some old speakers embedded in the wall, and patched the area with drywall/paint. The wall looks better than ever. We needed to reconfigure the space for a lot of reasons, and the speakers limited how we could arrange the room 100% recommend. Jeremy is reasonably priced and he spends time on the extra details and takes pride in his work.

Jeremy came to do a TV mounting job for me. I picked him from about 6 other people I was looking at for a few reasons: 1) He had photos from previous jobs doing the same thing I wanted, TV mounting plus concealing wires in the wall (One other place I debated going with said they could do the work only to come up with excuses last minute on why I should settle for different type of work), Jeremy's photos show he knows how to do the job and how to do it well 2) His prices are FAIR. I've done TV mounts myself as DIY projects and it's not difficult... depending. Obviously sizing of TV matters as well as if it's just a mount job vs a mount job plus more... more = cutting drywall, running electrical, knotching beams, running cable, providing wall outlets/panels, mounting, repairing drywall, patching, painting, clean up the aftermath mess, etc. I can drill screws into a wall/beam no problem. But I can't do those other things listed nor do want to. 3) He can do other type of work. I had on my todo list for like 6 months to find someone to do recaulking for one bathtub and one shower in my home. My house isn't old, built in 2017 but caulking is one of those maintenance items you want to upkeep for looks and to reduce the potential of water leaking/damage. Jeremy was able to do this work and also bundle it because he was doing it all in one visit. Good for me time wise to deal with one person and get stuff done on my day off, good for him bc one job site and more $$$, but still fairly priced. Other places wanted sometimes $150-$200 per bath area which is right at that money point where I might decide just to try it myself just to see how hard it is. But again, I left it to Jeremy the professional to take care of the caulk stripping, cleaning/prep and solid re-application. 4) He's personable, professional, and humble. If you want to have a convo with him you can, if you want to give him space to work and check in sometimes you can, if you just want to greet him and not say anything other than point to the job site you can (Ie he gets what needs to happen without supervision because his quality standards seem high) 5) communication was fast through Yelp chat. I think looking back I'd probably prefer a number to text but I know Kat helped keep me updated before the job and he has other people to talk to who are active jobs and inquiries so I wouldn't want to bother him too much. I got the info I needed very time I asked questions at least within a 1/2 day to a day. I now have his number and card and will call him direct for future jobs. 6) After a job is done you'd feel good about the work and what you paid. Jeremy had his son with him to help on the day of. It was nice he was showing him his trade/craft. Also good for the extra pair of hands. I had a 85" TV mounted above the fireplace. Jeremy has a photo calling it a 82" but it's 85" and MASSIVE! Both were polite, professional, and got the job done well, hence my long and solid review of them.

Let me start by saying how efficient this service was. From the start, the office manager Kat was fast and efficient in answering all of my questions. When Jeremy and his assistant arrived they were masked up and ready to work. They installed a TV mount and hung the new TV. He concealed the wires in the wall and it was totally clean. Friendly, fast, professional and clean job. I made sure to get his business card because he is a talented craftsman. I will be using his services for many more home projects. I want to point out Jeremy Carner is a miracle worker. We recently moved into a new house, which was a bit of fixer-upper. We had to reinstall appliances, and get new furnitures. I had Jeremy come in and install our new dishwasher, wall oven/microwave, and stovetop. I don't know what your experience with the installers you hire upon purchasing appliances through the big stores like Best Buy, Home Depot, etc., but I STRONGLY encourage you to just hire Jeremy. He is punctual. He works with integrity. He makes sure the appliances are working properly upon hook-up. And of course, he never fails to check up on you to make sure all is working perfectly after he is done. I have not provided the pictures here, but he has also met our basic plumbing and furniture needs perfectly. I do want to point out that his costs are super reasonable compared to his superb workmanship. Jeremy, our family sincerely thanks you for making our move a LOT LESS hectic by taking care of our essential needs.

Jeremy and his son did a phenomenal job mounting our TV and sound bar above the fireplace. I got some quotes from other companies that said we wouldn't be able to completely conceal the wires and would need to use plastic coverings over them. Jeremy went above and beyond and installed a brand new outlet behind the TV, and also wired an HDMI cord through my wall directly to the spot where I put my gaming consoles. Not to mention his quote came in less than the competitors, and the job he did was way more complex. After they finished - Jeremy came back and patched/painted the walls so well that you can't even tell they had been touched. Aside from the top notch work, he's also a very friendly guy and has many other talents (he gave us advice about our flooring issues). I felt very safe with him in my house and he was completely covid compliant (wore mask, maintained distance). I will definitely call him again for future projects and recommend his services to friends and family!

Mr. Carner did a great job installing our Mantle Mount. The mount is much more than a standard mount with video directions, no hurdle was too big for Jeremy to get over. He also routed our cables in the wall, and even created an additional power outlet for the TV. In addition he covered the work on the wall. With other people, I would need three jobs, on to route the outlet, one to hang the mount, and one to drywall and paint. If you are looking for reliable work, please treat Jeremy with that respect. He definitely earned our respect, and trust. He also wore a mask to comply with COVID so don't be afraid. Thank you, sir!!!!! We love our home even more with the addition.
