One of the screws attaching a heating register to my bedroom ceiling fell off, leaving the register hanging at an angle. I thought it might be a complicated issue since it's a "popcorn" ceiling. I e-mailed Jeremy, explaining the problem; he asked me to send a photo, which I did. He replied that he could repair it for $65! This was a big relief to me, since I'm on a fixed income. Jeremy wasn't able to come out right away, since he has a very large service area, but kept in touch regularly by e-mail. He came over today and fixed the register. Jeremy is very friendly. Luis did a fantastic job mounting 86 inch TV. He showed up on time and did his job with minimal mess. When one of the plugs would not go through the wall cable plate, he went above and beyond. He disassembled the wall plate, made modification (that I was OK with) to the plug to make it fit and reassembled the wall plate and installed everything. I manage multiple properties. If there's any issues, best thing a landlord can have is a good, dependable, and responsible handyman, and I can attest Handy Services is not it and outright deceptive. Went to my property, claimed the work order was completed and I paid in full for the job, but tenant said he never came back to install the window screen. Made multiple follow-up calls to have Jeremy either come back out to finish the job, or refund the amount that I paid in full, but he never responded since. Ghosting is what he is doing.
