He said it would take 18…read moredays and after around 30 days he walked off the job because he couldn't pay his help once he exhausted the money we agreed to. Just like another reviewer he would show up late, leave early, spent too much time on his personal problems, always something. His response is the typical contractor garbage that the scope changed and that is a lie since he didn't finish installing the door, all the sheathing and roof metal, trim, soffits, insulation, plumbing vent, dryer vent, caulk, paint, tie in water, clean up etc etc. I'm not saying he isn't a nice guy with a wealth of carpentry experience, I'm saying he has so many personal problems and lack of motivation that in the end you will have to find someone to finish what he started or finish it yourself like me.
