I cannot stress how happy I was with customer service and quality, and how friendly they are! While moving I had a very difficult to maneuver 26' long truck and the owner was SO kind to help back it up safely (I am not experienced with such a large vehicle and did not want to accidentally damage anything backing up!). He went the extra mile in customer service during a stressful move! I also purchased boxes, packing tape, etc at far more reasonable prices than other locations in the Barre-Montpelier area and would suggest checking them out for packing materials when moving even if you don't have a unit with them. Packing up my storage unit, giving it a quick sweep, and taking care of business was simple and stress-free. I have moved to a very small town in the south and even storage units here at bigger areas cost a minimum of $125 for much smaller units than I rented at Linbrooke. There just simply isn't a better priced and easier to access location in the area with staff on site during day hours, many other local places don't have offices or anyone easy to contact. If you live in the Barre City/Town, South Barre, Williamstown, Berlin, Graniteville area this is where you want to go...I'd say even as far as Montpelier.

We confirmed 4 days before our uhaul arrived for 4:30pm on Friday for 2 guys. On Friday morning, Mike sent us a text asking if we were still planning on moving today because it was going to rain. Of course we responded with yes, as we had already confirmed and discussed the potential for rain on the day of our move (it's VT in April... it rains all the time). At the time he texted at 9am we were making our 3 hour round trip drive to pick up the uhaul box and set it up at our house for the movers. About an hour later, he asked if we could move up the time a few hours, but realistically, we planned our entire day around the 4:30pm time that he confirmed, so we couldn't. Aaaaaand that was the last time we heard from Mike... 4:30 turns to 5:30, 6, 6:30... we're texting and calling him DOZENS of times. Absolutely NO RESPONSE. My husband and I had to do as much as we could in the rain together, but our furniture is still sitting in the uhaul since we really needed to help. We were left with absolutely no one to help us in a state we're completely new to with a uhaul we now have to pay more time for. Look, if you don't want to do the job because the rain bothers you, that's fine, but at the very least cancel with us so we could have the time to find someone else who can help us!! Please consider finding a more reliable company to work with than taking a gamble on such an unprofessional company... still in shock this actually happened...

This was an out-of-state delivery (to Connecticut). We were impressed by the professionalism at every step of the way. We didn't want to be surprised by "unexpected" additional costs when our furniture was delivered. Heidi's quote was higher than competitors but seemed much more reasonable compared with past moves. In the end, the final cost was a little lower than the estimate. More than fair cost for the value of the work done. Well done, Heidi! Justin, Matt, and Brad showed up promptly on the scheduled day to pack us. Polite, responsible -- and efficient! They packed boxes and protected the furniture well. They finished early enough to start loading the truck that day and came back the following day to finish loading. They arrived earlier than expected in Connecticut the following morning and unloaded very quickly. Furniture was positioned and reassembled as we wanted and boxes were placed in the correct locations. Amazing work! Nothing was lost. Nothing was broken. Despite the careful protection, there were minor scuff marks on a couple of pieces, but nothing worth trying to repair. On time, under budget, and in good order. It doesn't get better than that. I booked them several weeks in advance and had to email them several times to get times, confirmations--really any information. They may do this everyday but I sure don't so it would have been nice to know what to expect in advance. I wasn't really even sure they were definitely coming until I got a confirmation email at 5:00 the day before my move. They came in a little over estimate but by only a few hundred dollars ($1300 estimate, $1550 bill). Considering what they did, I did not care. However, I was not expecting to have to pay on the spot because no one told me the process. I imagine it could have been in the documentation I received at 5:00 the night before but by then I was scrambling to pack and couldn't even barley take time to pee.
