ONLY because Yelp reached out to me did I submit that review. Obviously THEY knew a request was made otherwise they wouldn't be asking how it went. The error is on YOUR end. It either got lost or Yelp messed up somewhere. You mentioned the other company that I submitted same type of rating for. That company contacted me and apologized for not getting back to me. They claim they didn't my request either, but rather than getting nasty, they said it must have gotten lost in the system somewhere.
