Interesting story line and fun and interactive puzzles. The staff were very friendly and helpful if you get stuck. My only feedback is having air fresheners in each room or spraying the room with an air freshener when a group leaves as some rooms smelt a bit more musty than others. I assume it's from having so many people in a small room and running around trying to solve puzzles. We also came near the end of the day, so maybe it's best to come closer to when they open. Overall, the experience went well and it was a great way to spend time with friends!

NO WORDS. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING…read more Palace Games has been high high up on our list to try. But with the price, we had to make sure we went with enough people and for a special occasion. We manifested this for my best friend's birthday and did the The Edison with 6 escape room enthusiasts. I can't even begin to describe how incredible this room is. The technology in this room is like no other. If I had to criticize it, I would say there isn't much of a storyline and it did start a little slow, but the ending and puzzles made up for it. I would definitely save this escape room for people who have done a few escape rooms already. I would not recommend this to a beginner because puzzles can be intricate and it would also ruin all other escape rooms. I can't wait to come back to do the other rooms!

The escape room is Alice In Wonderland themed and includes three drinks as part of the experience. Arrived on time for our reservation but were held in a waiting room for about 30 min before we could start. Didn't seem like anyone else was doing the escape room but it was also the week of their biz anniversary so maybe they were just super busy. Phoenix led our escape room and was such a delight. Friendly, great banter, helpful throughout the escape. The escape game is split across multiple rooms with a good diversity of puzzles. Don't want to spoil too much here but they were good challenges. Drinks we incorporated throughout and presented like test tubes that were drinkable in a gulp, kind of like a cocktail shot. Personally, I found the first two drinks to be a bit too sweet, but I liked the third, which was coconut forward. The price is definitely a bit more costly. It was $100/person for a party of five. I understand that it was an escape room + the staff + the cocktails. If you max out the party size, it's about $85-ish per person which I think is pretty solid. Still very unique and fun and glad I got to try it

Unlike traditional escape rooms where everyone works on one thing, we loved the competitive aspect--it got everyone engaged, energized, and working together. His energy throughout the game was fantastic and kept the momentum going the entire time. Everyone on our team had a blast, and we would definitely book BreakoutIQ again for future events. I didn't know how they would bring the escape room to us but it was perfect. We were going to do an offsite with a location based one but timing and location wasn't working for us so I thought I'd try breakout IQ. I'm so glad I did! It is a true test of team building and communication. The facilitation at the start was great. It really spoke to what I wanted my staff and me to get out of it. And the debrief was on par as well. It fit in nicely with the theme of our day long retreat. Besides fun it was educational on an individual and group level. I would totally use them again to facilitate for one of our student groups or even with other cross campus partners. Thank you!!

Unfortunately, during one of the rooms we ran into an issue where we had completed all the puzzles, but incorrect audio cues triggered instead of the end sequence. The process to get set up needed to be done by email, but their response time was great. They set us up quickly and an email with the confirmation was sent. The email confirmation included the waiver link, which made it easy for all of us to sign the waiver before we got there. The confirmation email also included an address for a nearby parking lot, which I love since going to the city is usually a hassle for us to find parking. So this took the stress off. When we got there, we were about 30 mins earlier than our scheduled time. The game master Dylan was super helpful and informative. While we waited they had a fun game for us to play. When the other group was done, Dylan was able to reset the room quickly. Went over specific details of what not to do, and we were let loose to solve the escape room. As we were working on solving the rooms, Dylan was great helping us when we needed help. Great experience. We plan to go again soon.
