During the surgeries both he and the assistant told me what was being done and kept checking to make sure I was ok which was so helpful. He put bone dust in the area for healing, and after new bone growth had occurred, had installed a new implant post. Throughout it all, Dr. Rafla had a high degree of professionalism and empathy. He made this difficult transition not only possible, but much more comfortable than expected. I see some people have complained about the billing people, and I had similar problems with the old office staff. Dr. Rafla left that office perhaps 8 months ago, and much of his staff have followed him. The new office has different billing practices and I am comfortable with them. I would come back to see Dr. Rafla at any time. He is the best.

I found that odd because it didn't appear to be as I brush and floss regularly. Time and time again she and the dentist kept telling me it's loose, but I'm not seeing or feeling that at all. I finally cave in and have the bridge replaced. Not even 3 months later the new bridge pops loose!!! Falls right out of my mouth!! I set up an appointment and they fix it...then they charge me $100!!!!!!!! Out of pure principle I refused pay the invoice so they send my account to collections. First: I thought it was a little weird they have you wear a blindfold for the actual sedation, but I thought it was just supposed to help the atmosphere or whatever. It would up being so you don't see the needle. The told me I would be out of it when I was being injected with any needles and wouldn't remember it because of the oral sedation, but unfortunately it's the only part I remember and I screamed because it was so painful. They should have warned me up front honestly about this, but they didn't do now I'm warning you. Secondly, I asked them to make sure to please use a stitch since we were removing a molar and I have poor wound healing. They said they would but when I woke up said they said they were unable to because my mouth was too small? What? I had my wisdom teeth out with stitches applied and there was NO issue there. Because they didn't use a stitch, I suffered a dry socket. It was painful but when I went back they didn't really even look and they were entirely dismissive. It took an additional two months to heal and the additional filling they did fell out. Because the work they did was so bad, I called them up and told them I wasn't comfortable getting my cleaning there and to cancel it and refund that portion of my bill. They tried REALLY hard to get me to reschedule but I have no intention of going back there. They refuse to refund the cleaning they didn't give me however. So basically I have no filling, took FOREVER and was super painful to heal my pulled tooth because bad technique- and no. I wouldn't recommend.

I needed a dental implant ASAP. Denise spent two hours on the phone with my insurance on Friday morning. On a telemedicine call Friday afternoon and Monday in the chair having the work done. Everyone was so accommodating and pleasant, never did they make me feel like I was imposing on them. They definitely went over and above to take care of me. What made this even more amazing I had not been there in two years. And the time before was a cold call from my dentist for a tooth to be pulled and the fit me in that day. I have never been to a practice that treats there patients so well. They really have it all together in a state of the art facility.

I contacted the office and asked why the first i was hearing about this was 5 months later and the response was i owe the money. I told them i paid in full I paid 5500+ on my final visit. Today i received a call from a collection agency saying i had been delinquent since Sept. and payment was due in full. I pay my bills, excellent credit score and to be sent to a collection agency and effect my credit over there shooty billing is a place i would stay far away from. I also will be in touch with my referring dentist. I hope they enjoy the $470.00 dollars as i am hopeful this will help others not get caught in what seems to be a common sneaky pratice.

I had just suffered through a week of hell from a different practice, where they botched the extraction of a tooth by failing to remove it completely, not inserting the bone graft properly (it came out), and leading to a hole in my sinus. Dr. Kramer did a full periodontal exam, including a CT scan, and showed me the damage done by the other practice. I was actually relieved because I had had such a horrible week of pain, lack of sleep, etc.. He then scheduled me for the soonest surgery possible, even though it meant him and his staff staying late. I'd never been super anxious about dental work before, but because of the recent trauma, I was incredibly anxious. I shouldn't have been. Dr. Kramer did the procedure without a hitch. I have had no postoperative complications in the two days since. Their professionalism is so appreciated. The fact that they're funny as well is a bonus. Great people!

The treatment is professional: Hands are gentle and words soft spoken. I feel the doctors here give me options for treatment plans / schedule, and they are not trying to up-sell me on work that does not need to be done. I learned that both Dr. Oh and Dr. Chan are leaders in their field, splitting their time teaching and practicing. This shows as they use more advanced technology when cleaning my teeth.
