The first saying "ring door bill" and the second saying "ring door ball". Which I just laughed at and rang the door bell. A basically naked woman answered the door, covering half her body behind the door, and my husband and I were quite shocked. He said "I called about getting a massage." Shortly after, I received a text from an unfamiliar number saying they were busy and couldn't talk, which was already confusing since I didn't know who it was. When I asked who I was texting, the response was unclear and a bit abrupt. Eventually I realized it was the massage place, but the communication was very difficult due to the language barrier and lack of clarity. Around 11:00, I was told they could only do a 60-minute massage if I came immediately, so I adjusted my schedule and arrived early. When I got there, the therapist used Google Translate to tell me she had another client at 12:30 and implied that if I had come earlier (which was never clearly communicated), she could have done the full 90 minutes. At that point, after the confusing communication and change of plans, I decided to leave. The space itself also felt a bit off to me--it had a strong chemical cleaning smell and didn't feel particularly welcoming or relaxing. Overall, the lack of clear communication and inconsistency made this a disappointing experience. I wasn't able to receive the service I had originally booked, and the entire interaction felt disorganized.

Understanding that this is a business I totally understand and felt like us explaining that we were sick, we were still wanting to let them know because we don't want to spread it.
