My kids and I were so excited when we saw that Mini Seoul had opened at the Pearland Town Center…read more They love Asian markets, and there really aren't any close to us right now. The parking isn't great, but that applies to the whole Town Center, so it's something we've come to expect. My kids love exploring the huge variety of snacks, chips, ramen, ice cream, marble sodas, teas, and juices. The prices are okay, some of the snacks and other items can be a little expensive, but that's pretty typical for these types of markets. This Mini Seoul also serves hot food, which is a big plus. The chicken skewers are delicious, and I've gotten them several times for lunch. I really like the onions between the pieces of chicken, and the sauce adds great flavor. They also offer spam with rice and seaweed, which I enjoy getting occasionally. I've tried their lunch boxes with pork cutlets, rice, kimchi, and noodles, and they make for a satisfying meal when I'm in the area. There is also a spot to eat inside and then there are tables right outside too. There's also a good selection of frozen foods, including Korean hot dogs, dumplings, and other make at home options. You can grab cups of ice and choose from a variety of juice, tea, and coffee pouches as well. Overall, we really love Mini Seoul. It's such a fun place to visit, and we're so happy to have one nearby.

When I ask the guy that works there while they don't have any prices on anything. He gave 4 different excuses, he said he could easily tell me first essentially saying he knew the prices by heart he pointed it my two items that I brought to the checkout and told me two prices , but when he actually scanned the items he was only correct about one of them his\nNext excuse. Was that no other customers had ever complained about it. His third excuse was that he doesn't have time to put prices out on everything he can just tell the customers when they ask. When I responded stating that I shouldn't have to pack to an items to the front.Just to compare pricing and figure out which item I want to get\nHis final excuse was that he was limited english , and I was talking too fast and he couldn't understand me. Albert i'm not a fan of places that do small things to be cheap or cut corners or whatever , maybe even trick people and to get in themselves into something they can't afford. If I wanted to compare the pricing for 3 different energy, drinks or 2 different brands of sparkling water that they sell, I should be able to do that at the cooler, pick the one I want. And go check out, not pack them all to the front to ask questions, just to have to pack most of them back. It makes no sense that nothing in the store is priced. We're , customers can see it before they are paying for it

This is by far the most frustrating pharmacy experience I've ever had. For two consecutive days,…read moreI've called repeatedly, only for someone to answer the phone and immediately put me on hold without saying a single word. No greeting, no acknowledgment--just silence and hold music. Sometimes it rings again, they pick up, and do the exact same thing. This is a pharmacy, not a casual retail store. People are calling because they need their prescriptions, and being treated like this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If the staff doesn't want to be there, they should find another job and let someone who actually cares do the work. Ignoring patients and wasting their time is rude, disrespectful, and honestly concerning when it comes to healthcare. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

From Saturday through Monday, I came in repeatedly and was met with staff who were cold, nonchalant, and dismissive and acted as if they were robots. It truly felt like customers were treated as numbers rather than human beings. My children don't often get sick so this experience was especially upsetting, and the lack of compassion from most of the staff was alarming. I was fully ready to write a terrible review and move all of our family's prescriptions to CVS because the treatment I witnessed and personally received was completely unacceptable. However, everything changed because of one African American staff member this angle name was D'Anna. She overheard my interaction with another employee and immediately stepped in with empathy and urgency. She went above and beyond to try to accommodate my needs, even attempting to arrange free delivery of my daughters medication after clearly seeing that I had two toddlers under the age of 4 and being pregnant (in my 7th month). Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care completely shifted the experience. If it were not for D'Anna, I would have stopped using this pharmacy altogether. She is the only reason I am giving this location any credit at all. Walgreens should take a serious look at how customers are being treated and recognize employees like D'Anna who actually embody compassion and excellence customer service!
