They had 2 other employees working the same Tote that contained cereal bars and instead of putting that down and tend to the line of customers (that has grown all the way to the coke door) they just continued to look at the line get longer and longer while wobbling around the store. fire them lazy employees and hire another 2 Steve's. Moving forward I'll be spending my time and money at the other down the road on 529 and Katy Hockley. Even though this store is way more convenient for me I'd rather drive past and keep it pushing.

He told me that he did not sell me this and will not refund me my money. He told me to call the cops. So you bet I did. The police officer was on my side but unfortunately this being a civil matter. The police officer couldn't do much. If he would've just refunded me my money for the default battery he sold me. I wouldn't have had to waste this police officer time. But because this lack of professionalism here we are. And I know this guy thinks I will go away cause the battery is 6.99 but it's the principle of this guy. It's actually more like Katy than it is Cypress, but I guess it's right on the border of the two cities, and technically they say that this is the C Y P. Management seems to rotate people in and out so often that it appears it is now a training center for those who apparently have never tied their own shoelaces. People with zero english, teenagers who dont give a #@#$ about where they are, talking on their cellphones while trying to cashier. Air pump hasnt worked in years... just an overall overpriced dump.
