Thank you Oliver and Jordon, I'm sorry I don't tell you how much I appreciate you both. And I also have to mention Grayson, at the front desk. She is just amazing at keeping that office and appointments running smoothly. She's the first I see, when I arrive, and the last as I walk out the door. Grayson, you are amazing! I have been going to Compleat Rehab and Sports Medicine in Pineville since the end of August 2021…read more Your staff is beyond compare, especially Lauren Padgett. All their knowledge, skill level and personalities are excellent. As a client, the "feel" and atmosphere is part of my PT. I am currently having a problem with the new financial policy, my out of pocket expense has so increased. The additional expense is bad enough on Social Security, but to raise the amount in the middle of treatment does not seem ethical or fair. I agreed to come the visits needed to help my situation knowing what I was going to have to invest financially. How can a healing experience that was so perfect turn into so much concern? I can't be the only disappointed client. I fully understand and expect, once discharged, if I have to come back for another series of treatment appointments, to have to adhere to the increased pricing. I am asking for myself and those of us who are already into treatment, and almost completed, to continue to let us pay as agreed when the treatment started. This review is Great only for the therapists and employees, not for the costs.....................and changes of pricing mid-treatment.

My 20-year-old daughter was in a very serious collision on August 3rd where she was in the ER…read moretrauma unit for two days due to a chip fracture and compression of her fourth lumbar vertebrae. The hospital referred us to this establishment for follow up. She was "seen" 16 days later (if you consider a ten minute consult being seen) by Sap Patel, who wasn't able to adequately complete her required medical paperwork, give a straight or definitive answer to any of her questions, and told her that if she wears a big enough hoodie she could potentially drive even though it is illegal for an individual in a back brace to drive because she wouldn't be able to turn to check her blind spots. He could not answer where the broken piece of her vertebrae was and showed no concern for her future well-being since she is young and relatively healthy. The lack of professionalism and concern for her condition was absolutely appalling. She left the appointment feeling that her needs were not important enough for the individual (I refuse to refer to them as a doctor) to even review and take the time to address any of her concerns. We will be following up with her primary care physician who is AMAZING and will ask for a referral to a specialist who actually cares for their patients and provides sound medical advice. I would encourage others to do the same.

I made it clear, more than once, that my insurance doesn't cover physiotherapy. Despite this, the receptionist insisted on taking my insurance details to check and eventually confirmed that it wouldn't be covered. I paid the $125 at the time of the visit, only to receive an additional bill at home two months later for an additional $40. On top of that, I found out that had also billed my insurance $492 which I find completely absurd!!! This practice of sending inflated bills to insurance companies is exactly why healthcare plans are so expensive!! I feel taken advantage of and I absolute DO NOT recommend BenchMark to anyone!
