When GREEDY NONSENSE wins over common sense ---…read more I arrived for my procedure, checked in, and was immediately told I had to pay $1,700 upfront. I explained that I had several recent medical visits (urgent care, ER, MRI, and two spinal injections) that all still needed to be processed by insurance, and I preferred to wait until everything cleared so I'd know the actual amount I owed. The front desk told me I couldn't be seen unless I paid at least half. I repeated that I didn't want to pay an arbitrary amount and then have to fight for a refund that could take weeks. I simply wanted them to bill my insurance and charge me the correct amount afterward -- the way every other facility has done. They refused, so I left. A few minutes later, the same staff member called to say she had "rerun" my insurance and now it showed I only owed around $350, so suddenly that amount was acceptable. Which just proved my point -- it clearly fluctuates. What if they ran it again tomorrow and it showed I owed $0? I had fasted for two days, taken a PTO day, spent money on supplies for the prep, and sacrificed time with my son for absolutely nothing because they insisted on collecting an inaccurate estimate up front. This was incredibly unprofessional and showed zero regard for patients' time, money, or basic dignity. I will be taking my care elsewhere. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!!

After some discussion I realized that my definition of tarry stools and The medical professionals definition are different. My definition was that the toilet paper never gets clean. Although I have constant fatigue my iron levels are normal based on the fact that I take iron supplements however the physician's assistant still recommended and endoscopy and a colonoscopy because I'm anemic. I called twice to talk to the physician and was told that I couldn't speak to God Almighty unless I scheduled another appointment and paid another $25 copay. This is the same place that told my daughter that she had celiacs disease after speaking to her for 10 minutes and later retracted that as well. I don't trust this place. I think they're a racket. When you're only tools a hammer every problem looks like a nail.

Hello, my name is Katie. I'm 25 and petite…read more I like sports, beer and gossip magazines. I have 7 wisdom teeth. wait, whaaaa? You read correctly, SEVEN wisdom teeth all in my small mouth. how did that happen you ask? I. have. no. idea. Because my jaw had been hurting for a week and i was sick of the dentist nagging me to remove these teeth, i decided to check out Dr. Espizito's office for an evaluation and removal of all seven. Here is the breakdown: -The office itself is super cozy with long, comfortable couches, pretty art on the hunter green walls and isn't too hot or too cold. i hate going into some offices where you die of heat stroke or you freeze to death! they got it just right :) - It's perfectly located right in my neighborhood...which makes for a much easier experience when heavily drugged up and having chipmunk cheeks right after surgery. -The staff is outstanding. wow. they were very helpful in explaining the surgery process, getting me mentally prepared, giving me all the needed prescriptions and supplies for recovery, and all done with a smile. very friendly, nice, hard working and exceptional people. love it! Overall, my experience was stellar. if i was a mutant and regrew my wisdom teeth, i would return here. in fact, i'll return here for any dental work needed in the future. :)

I developed an infection and had to come back twice and neither time was I able to see the doctor, he is just too busy after the fact. Let me tell you he seems fine at the consult but after that you will not see or hear from him so do not be surprised with the lack of bedside manner. I have never been treated like this before by a dentist. I mean come on at least see me when I am in your office guy. If you want a good dentist go somewhere else!!!
