I picked the wrong color (it was too sheer) she went and swapped it out for me, love the color she picked better. There was no pressure in up selling the service. I didn't feel rushed although now her 10:00am was there. The service and quality was a 10/10. I enjoyed the massage chairs, but I could have used some more booty cushion. I brought in two pictures -- one to show the shape and color I wanted, and another for the design -- and he worked so hard to give me exactly what I had in mind. He checked in with me multiple times to make sure the shape was just right and even measured them carefully to ensure they matched perfectly on both hands. He was very meticulous and detailed when creating the design, and it truly shows in the final result. On top of that, he was so friendly and professional.
