I especially have had the pleasure of dealing with Rochelle during the few years she's been at this. She is professional, courteous and efficient in her approach to top-notch customer service. She helped me set up BBVA ap a few years ago which made my banking experiences much easier. Her service on Tuesday was no exception as she was brilliantly multi-tasking several customers all at once as well as assisting other staff in trouble shooting equipment malfunction issues. I kept a high balance in my account and they changed the type of account without my consent. But they are charging a monthly fee no matter what your balance. I shut my accounts down and am very disappointed with the newer policies. The employees are nice though. Only reason I gave two stars
