Mayliene persevered in trying to solve the debit card printing machine. Had other issues as well, with Kimberly and Rochelle trouble-shooting other account issues I had. Other staff member standouts are Morgan, Adan, Anna and a couple of other names who escape me at the moment. I especially have had the pleasure of dealing with Rochelle during the few years she's been at this. She is professional, courteous and efficient in her approach to top-notch customer service. She helped me set up BBVA ap a few years ago which made my banking experiences much easier. Her service on Tuesday was no exception as she was brilliantly multi-tasking several customers all at once as well as assisting other staff in trouble shooting equipment malfunction issues. They had the same outdated and fragile card for the past ten years. They only recently in the last four days rolled out a new card that is made out of the same garbage plastic material. In addition to this, all the features were not available when it launched you couldn't use the contactless payment for the first 24-48 hours it went live. They also decline payments due to fraudulent activity without notifying you, and it seems to be random. Tried to get gas and they declined it with no call. It declined three times in a day and then they call asking if someone else is making charges on my card five minutes from my house. They also are only open till 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and Wednesday. How on Earth is that ok? What happens if you get out of class and go try to get gas and it declines. You are stranded there because they all already left and can't do anything. Also you better put your debit card in a titanium case, because if it even bends ever so slightly at all, you will chip issues and swipe issues until you can get a new one. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. It is so bad that the only positive reviews are from people who work there or are friends with people who work there. No one and I mean no one who I've spoken to who is an actual patron of the bank has ever said anything good about this bank. Please never EVER bank here under any circumstances.
