Mayliene persevered in trying to solve the debit card printing machine. Had other issues as well, with Kimberly and Rochelle trouble-shooting other account issues I had. Other staff member standouts are Morgan, Adan, Anna and a couple of other names who escape me at the moment. I especially have had the pleasure of dealing with Rochelle during the few years she's been at this. She is professional, courteous and efficient in her approach to top-notch customer service. She helped me set up BBVA ap a few years ago which made my banking experiences much easier. Her service on Tuesday was no exception as she was brilliantly multi-tasking several customers all at once as well as assisting other staff in trouble shooting equipment malfunction issues. I kept a high balance in my account and they changed the type of account without my consent. But they are charging a monthly fee no matter what your balance.
