Owner Calvin Hanchey gave me a written bid for a job at my home and mid job says he will have to charge me another $25 because the job was taking more plaster than he thought. After being in business for 40 years you would think he could estimate a job better than that! Then when I went to pay him, he asked if I could just round up the payment for another $10.
