    Beautiful bouquet
    Lisa W.

Yuki did an amazing job making the bouquet, lei po'o and maile lei! I gave her a picture of the lei po'o that I wanted and she made me a matching bouquet. She was also kind to switch some flowers out to fit my budget. The flowers made our wedding pictures simply beautiful and better than I could have imagined. I would be definitely coming back to order flowers again!

I love working with Yuki at Hanapua flowers, and she's super helpful when it comes to working with peoples budget. Yuki is bilingual and can work with people who are native Japanese speakers and also in English. I usually just text her a picture of what I'm looking for, and the colors that I want, and she sends me her quote, which is usually lower than some other florists. She's done all the flowers for my family and friends, and everyone has always been pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Needed to get some flowers for a friends birthday but when we went there seemed to not have many to choose from. I'm not positive but it seemed like this place is more like you pick your flowers and they will make an arrangement for you rather then buying premade arrangements. Our first time so not positive. To our surprise she pulled out buckets and buckets of flowers from the cooler. It was really hot and humid today. I liked the fact that this is a true small local business. We picked a few flowers and a vase and she made a very nice arrangement.

Cool macrame plant holder and airplant that I bought thanks Terumi

    Sweet 16

My grand daughter turned 16 and we had a Sweet Sixteen party for her. I asked Yuki San to put together a bouquet of 16 roses and they were gorgeous. She loves them. Thank you and I'll be back for sure.

Yuki is amazing. I am beyond happy with her work arranging my beautiful bride's bouquet!

Some of the plants with planters they sell. Pretty and affordable!

The flower shop I've been looking for!! I wanted a beautiful flower arrangement to give as a gift, and it was a bit last minute. However, once I stepped in to the shop, they immediately greeted me and helped me with what I wanted. Very friendly staff, super helpful, and went above and beyond the normal customer service you would receive at other flower shops. I will definitely come back!

The cutest flower shop! I came here to get flowers for my mothers birthday & the owners were so sweet. They had a flower bar which was unique as I got to pick out what flowers I wanted to make a bouquet. It was so pretty & reasonably priced! She even added extra flowers for free. The wrapping also came in pretty colors & felt more personalized. Definitely recommend.

I went to a soft open flower shop next by Alan Wong's. The store is a huge. They have so many cute vases and flowers. Two Japanese owners are very friendly! Also they hold the flower arrangements class and the Haku classes.

    We bought this today.

I was driving down S king st. I found new flower shop. It was beautiful and inexpensive. This is where you need to get your flowers.

Hanapua Flowers is a very adorable flower shop on S. King Street. Yuki & Terumi, Owners, both greet you at the shop just before you walk in. As you enter the store, you can see the bright, bold and cheerful colors of the flowers. The flowers are fresh. There are numerous floral designs from simple bouquets to unique floral boxes, from smaller dainty arrangements to the most elaborate tropical designs, so many to choose from. Plus, prices are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you to create the design that you are looking for. In the shop, there are beautiful decor pieces to build floral arrangements in. Never thought of using a weathered wooden box to create an elegant piece. I like the set up of this flower shop. It's not crowded like some other floral shops. You see work tables where the florists do their magic. There are other tables for the workshops that they hold. Hanapua Flowers offers a variety of workshops for anyone who wants learn. They have a schedule of their upcoming workshops. One of the best parts of the floral shop is the photo booth. Pose with your floral arrangement and take a memorable photo! Looking forward to seeing what Hanapua Flowers has in store next!

Thank you, Twinsie "Auntie" Nadine C., for showing me love and introducing me to tuberose. I am a HUGE fan of tuberose now! I was thoughtfully blessed with some leis here and wow do I feel loved! Gorgeous, fragrant, and they lasted the whole trip with a light spritz of water in a bag and popped into the refrigerator. I even got to check the place out while we were leaving Chinatown. It's a cozy shop and you can tell they are very much well loved. What else can be said? Come here and get all your leis here. Nothing like getting lei'd by Cindy. This place is a daffodil-ight!

My father brought a huge corporate account to Cindys, which they made A LOT of money from. He had a personal relationship with the owners, which kept us loyal for decades. After my father passed, the company cut tie with Cindy's. I was devastated and didn't understand why. Cindy's always gave us the best service. Recently I found out why relations were cut. Cindy's has really changed and no longer provides the great customer service they once did. I placed a very important order for an event on the mainland to be shipped out and arrive a day before the event. I placed the order over a month in advance and was promised it would be just fine and well taken care of. Well, when the week of the event came, I called every day, multiple times a day, just to confirm everything. They won't answer their phones. I sent emails and messages through their website. Those also went unanswered. I even went to the store in person before work at 6am, nut it wasn't open yet. I had no way of getting in touch with them and wondered if they had shut down. I had to go on the faith that they have always provided us stellar service in the past. I was so wrong. Cindy's completely forgot to send my order at all, and left me without anything, the day before the event. The amount of stress I went through trying to find a florist on the mainland to provide lei was insane. Cindy's finally answered my many messages the day before. They said they could try to overnight my order that they forgot, but there were no promises it would get there on time, since the event was on a Saturday. I still have not been sent a receipt from them, which I asked for multiple times, or confirmation of the mailing. The lei did go, and my credit card got a huge charge, but without the receipt, I don't even know what I paid them for. And really, after all they put us through, they should have comped the order. My dad would be rolling in his grave to know how far downhill the company that he loved to support has gone. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do truly hope they can get it together and grow back into the great company they once were.

When he asked if they would be alright in the car the saleswoman said they'd be okay but when they wrapped them she'd add a wet paper towel to the stems. He went to the register and asked for this to be done to be told NO they don't do that but he could buy a water tube for each flower he's buying for .25 cents each. My husband said no that's okay. Husband was buying a vase and the man said he could give him some water in the vase. So now my flowers are $5 each, unwrapped in a vase to be transported home. The one flower ended up split somehow? Located on the corner of 3rd Avenue and Waialae Avenue, across from Chaminade University/Saint Louis School, Patty's Floral Designs is a local business that has been around for decades! The quality is outstanding! I looked at Patty's Instagram posts and was blown away by the colors, varieties, and beauty of her creations! She has a good eye and is very professional! I just had to meet her after passing by the shop all of these years! We were picking up lunch from the restaurant next door. The free, small, shared parking lot is much appreciated! I went inside initially for the air-conditioning. Then, I met Patty - she is so sweet! She showed me a lei po'o (crown of flowers for the head) that she just finished... ooh! It holds its shape because she winds the flowers around a wire! Smart! I've read reviews by my friends, Kelly K., Paul M., Nicole, Holly, Ric C., and Lyn L. They were all happy with Patty's work.
