Their clothes were adorable, lots of cozy options, sweatpants, sweatshirts, and then clothes you'd wear for a night out. I'm not a big boutique shopper but I'd definitely come back here and go to town on some of their camo prints, the sweat I loved were $40, which may sound astronomical but again, this is a boutique store and they were so nice and soft. Was on the phone while shopping in here so I can't comment on what the customer service was like. Definitely stop in here and check it out!

DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!!!!…read more One of the worst shopping experiences of my life! I took my daughter to Pashley for a Communion dress. After already having had a bad experience the same day at another store, we were looking forward to finding the perfect dress. Instead, the woman who helped us showed my daughter and I two dresses that did not fit and claimed she was "stumped" on her sizing. She then proceeded to direct me to once area of dresses and told to pick something from there. We selected something that was ok but I could tell my daughter was not thrilled. She didn't have the ear to ear smile I expected. When I told the salesperson we weren't thrilled she responded with "I don't know what else I can show you." Meanwhile we had tried on about 4-5 dresses...there were well over 40 in the room and she insisted nothing would work. The family that was in the store right before us looked like they had the red carpet rolled out and we were shooed out like we were worthless. We took our business elsewhere and were treated with respect and kindness, which we did not experience at Pashley. This store and its associates need to take the stick out of their ass. We found dresses that were just as beautiful and superior service elsewhere.

The quality of the used merchandise is excellent for a second hand thrift shop. Clothing is organized, clean, and priced fairly. The store is convenient with entrances in the back and front. There are actually 2 stores one for clothing and the other for household, vintage decor. As to the review which mentioned people coming in not speaking English and "buying all the 'good stuff" shame on you. They are BUYING the merchandise! It is not your business to wonder what they are doing with the items you mention. You could buy it too! The Thrift Shop is selling donated merchandise to raise money for the community after all. Again, I will continue to donate for this cause and my kudos to all their wonderful volunteers.
