Carissa was excellent at providing the perfect customer service and I thank her for that! This boutique is also perfect for cute gifts to bring to say a bridal shower or as a birthday present for someone special. Another plus is that their clothes are very stylish and they do tend to have 20% off their clothes at the moment as well. Price wise they have pieces that range from $20-$100+ but I'd say it's an affordable boutique for many. I would highly recommend!

She helped me organize them when I got to the store and was so patient, kind, and helpful (she also helped me carry them to my car!). I loved the nautical touch with the dune grass, rope, and adorable starfish (the creative Annette touch!). Annette is so crafty, while listening to the customer, understanding the theme, and executing it beautifully. She did everything in such a timely manner, as well. I continue to be impressed with this business and will ALWAYS highly recommend to all. We need more gift wrapping services like this on Long Island. If you are nervous about the virus like me, I felt very safe in this store. All CDC guidelines are being followed (masks, gloves, contactless payments, temperature checks, hand sanitizing, social distancing). We were celebrating a birthday and it really made the night different and special! In preparation for our night, I had texted back-and-forth with her earlier in the week and she asked us if there were any types of flowers or colors that we wanted. She was flexible with our timing and was available when we got there a few minutes early. The front of the shop is very cute with adorable wallpaper and tons of delicious candy. We all purchased candy go snack on and were able to bring beverages and snacks with us. She provided water bottles. She had the flower class ready in the back for us and had all of our vases filled with wire and water. She had so many beautiful flowers and taught us how to prepare each type for the view. During the class, she answered lots of questions and had great conversations with us about her artistry and business. We left with beautiful, wedding quality center pieces and the price was very reasonable. She said a bouquet like this would cost about 1.5x what we paid for the class! I was a big fan of this place last year, so I was really looking forward to coming back for a Reiki…read moresession after a stressful couple of months. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing from the start. When I called to book, the girl told me they'd "call me back to see if they could find someone" to take my appointment, which made me feel like I was asking for a favor rather than booking a service. The session itself felt rushed and lacked the calming, restorative experience I've had with Reiki in the past. I didn't feel any of the usual sensations I typically notice during sessions, like energy shifts or subtle physical responses. At one point, the practitioner accidentally kicked the leg of the folding table I was lying on, which completely broke any sense of relaxation. The session ended abruptly, and instead of discussing energy, emotions, or anything that came up during the treatment, she started making vague, medium-like comments (asking if I had an event involving a red dress, mentioning a young boy, etc.). It felt out of place and, honestly, left me feeling more anxious than relaxed. If that type of reading is part of the experience, it should at least be explained or done in a way that feels intentional and grounded. After Reiki, I usually feel some sort of emotional release or shift, even if it's subtle. This time, I felt nothing during or after the session, and even the next day there was no change. Overall, it was disappointing to spend $80 on something that felt ineffective and, if anything, added unnecessary worry. I wouldn't return based on this experience and would recommend looking elsewhere
