Jennifer has been my real estate agent since 2012, when I sold my home in Walnut Creek and moved to Capitola. She did such an excellent job on my personal residence assisting with staging, marketing, and tips about home improvements that added value to my home, that I also used her to sell another rental property in town. Since that time, Jenifer has assisted me with a total of 6 homes, including a property that I owned in Rocklin, CA. Although she did not personally handle the sale, she used her networking connections to find a competent and qualified agent in Rocklin that was able to assist with a very difficult sale that was enhanced by being a short sale. When my mother, who was 85 years old, decided to move out of her long-time home in Pleasanton where she lived for 22 years, I again contracted with Jennifer. We recently had displeasure of being involuntarily placed on Jean's mailing list. Beyond the annoyingly click-baity way in which his recent mailing was laid out ("YOUR NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE IS PENDING FOR A PRICE YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE!"), it was devoid of any actual, useful, information. Literally none. There's a picture below for you to draw your own conclusions. What's this unbelievable price? Is it really "A NEIGHBORHOOD RECORD!" ? Why is it worth yelling at me in all caps for?! These may or may not all be good questions, but they certainly are all questions that Jean will give you absolutely no information about. So, thanks for: 1) the unsolicited spam. 2) interrupting my day. 3) not giving me the absolute bare minimum value that similar solicitations from your peers normally give.
