I've been renting from them for the past 8 months and have never had any issues, I just moved my stuff out this past weekend and hadn't had a chance to contact them and give them my 30 day move out notice, which I figured I'd just pay the next months rent, but today they contacted me to let me know the lock was missing from my storage unit and I told them that I had just moved my stuff out and hadn't had a chance to tell them and they were very kind and asked me where they could send my security deposit and said that my balance due is zero. Lady owner is hard to deal with.
